            Tim D******* called after I requested a shipping quote for a vehicle transport online. He offered to beat the previous quote I had received of $650 to get my vehicle from Greeley, Colorado to Lansing, Michigan. He offered a rate of $540. He stated this was the all inclusive fee and that he was fitting my vehicle in due to a cancelation. He stated my vehicle would be picked up Thursday June 23, 2022. Then he called on the 23rd to state he would need a different driver to pick it up the next day. Pick up was verified by the car dealership in Greeley. Tom never called or answered his phone for confirmation or to make changes to the agreement. However, Tom called today, June 26, 2022 to state that my vehicle will not be delivered until Tuesday June 28, 2022 and it will now cost $1400. He states until I pay this higher rate, my vehicle will be held in storage and I will be charged additional leasing fees.
