      , I purchased my living room set from furniture Mecca at Broad and Huntington park in Philadelphia, PA back 12/22/2022, My couch has two recliners on each end, one of the recliner is not working, it does not recline anymore. This happened toward the end of April I reached out to the store, first I spoke to someone then I just kept getting the answering machine left several messages. So then I went to the store spoke to someone in person gave her my information, no one called . I called again then they schedule for someone to come out at the end of May I took off from work no one showed up...then I spoke to a man which he was very rude, stating that my warranty is only for 60 day, I said to him that it's not true I purchased an extended warranty for 5 years, then he said now we have to send you to there customer service department. He gave me there information. So before I go further, I went to start to use the other recliner come to find out the stitching was coming apart an mine you no one never used that recliner. So I got in contact with that customer service first started of good, then I would have to keep calling so I can get an update on want is the status of my claim. So they called and said they were going to send out a technician first they scheduled for the tech to come out got off work early never showed. So then I call again they rescheduled for a tech to come out which they did they came took picture stitched the other recliner. So after about two to three weeks I called too see what was the status the lady by the name ******* *****, stated that they are waiting on parts. I'm still waiting. I spoke to her last week and told her that I will be putting in a claim to the BBB then she said she escalated to management. She asked me to send picture of the furniture I asked why your tech did that when he came out , she stated that he only took picture of the damage furniture they need a over all picture..

      They are not responding to the warranty company also, they tried to speak to the about the issue on serial different occasion and they are not responding to them....should I stop making my monthly payments. I had the furniture since 12/22/2022 and the issue started April so it's not been 6 months so I'm at this point to stop making payments. Please advise should I stop.

      I seen a furniture set in the sales paper that I actually liked and went right into the business told them what I wanted and they in returned found the same set wrote me up for the set for pickup on the next day I gathered my money together gave her 15 :100 dollar bills and swiped my card for 118 dollars the deal was set for the next day. The next day comes and they call my phone and say the set not in stock but I can come in and look at the set on the floor and they’ll wrap that up for me to take home if I approve I already know I wasn’t taking furniture of the floor from past experiences. I went in for a total refund the lady asks for the receipt for and item they don’t even have after you wanted me to look at a used item then the hundreds disappeared she say I have twenties for you today and I’ll swipe your money back on your card and I still haven’t received the 118.00 back yet i issues is this my money is mines don’t play switch arroe on money and give me back all mines like I gave it to you and makes sure you have it in stock before you take my money just a total run around worth nothing to me as the customer

      I purchased a dining room set late last October , after receiving the product I noticed that some wood pieces were rotten, meaning that other parts could be rotten as well. I contacted Mecca furniture to have the dining room returned because I was in the 30 day return policy. They have failed to let me know of the return policy which I am assuming because they are waiting until the 30 day period is over. I would like a full refund and Mecca furniture should come pick up the dining room table. This piece came cracked and thats where we noticed the rotten wood, which is very dangerous. It could create a massive selection of fungi. It could create toxic chemicals and dangerous compounds. This was purchased on October 25,2022.

      Hello on August 9 i purchased a bedroom suite wich came with a queen head board and frame frame with a chest and bureau with mirror after waiting 10hrs for delivery upon further inspection i saw that the back of headboard has a big crack in the back also numerous scatches throughout the frame. the support rails for bed were crack upon setting it up and one of bureaus was damaged on the corner. And the other bureau chest was damaged in the back.so far i have been denied any assistance i was told to file a claim wich so far i have sent 6 to their business email with no response every time i call them they say they have not received anything but i have proof the emails were sent. This bedroom suite was a gift for my son after battling stage 3 colon cancer and 6months of chemo and him being also autistic i wanted to upgrade his bed. any help with this issue would be so much appreciated

      I bought a dining room set last year around December so today I noticed as I was vacuuming all the screws for one of my dining room chairs was all on the carpet ok so I’m like ok no biggie when I go to tighten the whole seat fell apart I go to tighten the screws back in with a screw driver only to notice the holes are stripped , I bought three packs of screws none of them fit so now I’m out of a chair when I called the buisness to see if it’s covered under warranty because I didn’t even have the set a year he tells me he’s not sure and if I still have the receipt I tell him no but I would expect a buisness to keep all the imformation of all the sales and customers they sell to in their system he then tells me to call the warehouse because they can see if I have warranty still on it . I call them and no one answers and and the vmail is full , I wasted my money I will never do business with them again

      I ordered of 2K worth of home furniture from the business. Upon delivering my furniture 2 holes were put in my bedroom wall. I immediately called the store to try to get a resolution for this problem. I was directed to call the claims hotline. In wish I did. I was told to send pictures and someone will be in touch. 2 days later I receive a call saying the driver wouldnt take fault for putting the holes in the wall. In which I sent a video time stamped showing there was no holes prior to the delivery. Fast forward after several attempts of calling I was finally able to reach someone which the lady stated the driver will call you. No call was made. Next day I call again. The driver will call in 20 minutes no call again. The next day give me till 10am and we can do a conference call now NO ONE. Is answering my call. I am LIVID. I ordered FURNITURE not a hole in my wall! I want this issue resolved IMMEDIATELY

      I ordered furniture from Furniture Mecca and Financed it through **** *******. There were multiple issues with my order when it arrived on March 30, 2022 1. The bedroom set I purchased had 3 dressers the 3 dressers they gave me are not matching to my set. So it is not what I purchased in my agreement 2. The white bedroom set did not have the proper rails or screws to put the bed together and I have been unable to locate them in the store. **** ******* and myself have reached out to this company many times since the incident, many voicemails have been left and they still have failed to reach out to **** ******* or myself .... I have asked that they pick up the furniture if they don't want to pick it up I want it reduced to 50% and I do not m=want a negative impact on my credit because of their mistake
