    On Aug 07,2023 **** came and I showed him that my metal shuttle door does not close and open by remote then he said you need to install new transformer (I don't know exact word) for door goes down and up by remote, it goes down but doesn't go up. He suggested better have a box switch for hardwire and we decided to do, and he said you have to pay me $1,200.00 for this installation. I tried to negotiate for less amount, but he says not at all less. He asked me for $600. as deposit but I said I only give you $180.00 in cash only. He agreed and took $180.00 as deposit on 08/07/23 and told me installation will be done on Friday 08/11/2023 and after you have to pay balance of $1,080.00 in cash. On Friday came and said we need to break sealing to install but we are not going to repair what we break. I said this is not correct and at the time taking deposit he did not mention such thing. If break and not repair who will do, they said you have to arrange by yourself. Then I said no give my money back they said yes you will get$180.00 back after couple minutes **** on phone said yes you get your $180.00 back. Then after few minutes on phone said no you get only $80.00, we charge you service fees, I said how is this? you raised new undiscussed issue, I need $180.00back said no and after few minutes called me and said we are not going to give any money treat as all service charged and told me that go to court. I request so many different text messages but does not want to give my money and ate up my money and told me and by text do what you want to do. Ultimately, I took this decision to go BBB. He wakes out by himself and eater up my money and excuses, threaten. He has no intention to give my money back. I need money back.
