    I called call about their 9.95 dollars and 95 Cent planned per month as I learned in ******** I would receive $890 with a life insurance it's a rip off I don't think anybody should work with it. It's a joke.

    This company Will not stop calling me! If I don't answer on every call, then that means I don't want insurance get the hint PLEASE!! Stop calling. I have asked customer service to take me off the list and she said she did, but they won't stop calling me!!

    Borrowed on my policy and paid the interest. They took the interest check and paid a payment. Now want a payment on the interest loan again, right when it's my almost late and I could loose my policy. Never do business with them.

    Scam they lied and said they never took money out of my account for a cancelled policy been argueing with them since march 26 th still no refund they called me a liar said i was the one trying to scam them ok I had to send my bank statement praying i will get my refund back please dont get involved with this company they are all thieves and liars

    I just wanted to ask how are y’all still in business? Sending mail, and on tv? 3 P’s MY a**. Scamming people, and putting people through s***. I doubt Alex Trebek even used y’all. More like 3 S’s SCAM, SCAM, & SCAM.

    I had a policy with them (more expensive than other companies), and I had issues with my payment means, and they waited 4 months to tell me, by then it had been cancelled. They wont refund any of the money that I paid in. I will never use Colonial Penn for my family, friends, or myself ever again. They are a rip off. Get life insurance somewhere else for less than half the price, and more coverage.!!!!!!!!!!

    I wouldnt purchase a policy from Colonial Penn because of the fact that they scrounge up the ugliest people for their commercials. Everyone in ******* is simply not the ugly, simple they portray in commercials. Their goals are to present the common American person but over do it and fail miserably!

    Terrible! My mother died in February, she only had a 5,000.00 Insurance plan and it’s now March 13th and still haven’t gotten a check. I’m her daughter, her beneficiary everything was and is my responsibility and I’ve gotten zero help. I’ve faxed all the paperwork in twice.!!! And nothing!!!

    I canceled my policy on March of 2023 and I went over my banking today for the first time since I had 2 strokes and my banker showed me you have still been withdrawing from my checking account for the past 2 years even though I have the cancellation letter and the check from the policy. I want my 2 years of fees back!

    So I had some issues with bill pay at the end of last year. I TRIED to call and correct it. I was told in Dec we were fine. Cue January and February double payments. And when I called to speak to a manager. I was told the manager wouldn't do anything that the EMPLOYEE COULDNT DO. Shontella or whatever her name was, she was RUDE and Incompetent. She talked over me and corrected me and lied and said she didn't say that. Refuse to let me speak to a manager. Now I am waiting for said manager to call so I can CANCEL both policies. We are DONE. First they harassed us, now we NEVER get any mail or communication. After the way they talked to me today I am done and considering an attorney.
