How can attorneys, (especially Faye Riva that said she sits on Employment Commitee at Federal Court) not know that Section 1983 is required to seek and possibly get relief from a governmental Defendant in a racial discrimination Section 1981 lawsuit, in which the municipality [City of Philadelphia] itself is not a particular person, but a state actor, as well as at least 10 individual City officials in their official capacities. That's how this lawfirm, being a legal consultant (on retainer basis) for me on a case against City of Philadelphia, messed up multi-million dollar case intentionally and willfully, and in an apparent collusion with the Defendant. That's my opinion after analyzing how they've been taking consultancy money from me, but recently found out they've actually been working against me since 2020. Consequently, I've cut off this lawfirm's unscrupulous consultancy services from my case, and asking the law office to return all my money. I have reported this matter to PBA (Philadelphia Bar Association), Disciplinary Board of Pennsylvania Supreme Court, as well as the Federal Court per the ongoing litigation against the City of Philadelphia. Ms. Faye Riva Cohen herself (owner of the lawfirm), as she's quite aware of the case, as she personally called me "out of the blue" in the year 2020 and tried to talk me into settling "reasonably" with the City, which is peanuts (even less than $20,000), even on a case of egregious racial discrimination acts that are so shocking to conscience. But instead of cooperating in resolving this matter, even before I first gave this review, the lawfirm was basically bullying me, threatening me, and even trying to extort me several times after all said and done (even as recent as yesterday 12-22-2022 WITHOUT SHOWING ANY REMORSE WHATSOEVER FOR WRONGFULLY VIOLATING THE RIGHTS OF EVEN A MILITARY VETERAN THAT MERITORIOUSLY SERVED THE UNITED STATES ???? WITH HONORABLE DISCHARGE, AND WITH OVERSEAS TOUR OF DUTY), even lying to bank.
