Im part of the 3m settlement, Ive tried contacting this law firm multiple times over the last few months and have yet to receive a response. Ive left messages with people, left voicemails, sent emails and have heard nothing back. Worst experience Ive had with any law firm. I do not recommend using them, there are plenty of other law firms handling this case and seem to have significantly better customer service (e.g. they actually speak to someone when they call or email and get their questions answered).

While Seeger Weiss is sensitive to the fact that litigations of this size (i.e., the 3M Combat Arms Earplugs litigation is believed to be the largest MDL matter in the history of civil litigation), and the inherent complexity and challenges, can be confusing and frustrating for individuals who do not deal with these matters regularly, This client has been kept fully informed of all material developments in the settlement process. This client was registered to participate in the settlement program on August of 2023 and, on January 12, 2024, they accepted their settlement award, executed a release, and submitted necessary documentation to enable their claim to proceed to the next phase of the claim-administration process. During this period, Seeger Weiss corresponded with this client at least 12 times, including via email and telephone, to facilitate necessary revisions to their claim forms, which were marked deficient. The firm has recently corresponded with this client to follow up with them, but was informed that they are traveling and will respond next week. In any event, all clients participating in the settlement program, including this one on multiple occasions, have been informed that the 3M Combat Arms settlement is in the very early stages of administration. Seeger Weiss has not received and does not hold the settlement proceeds for his matter. Notwithstanding, Seeger Weiss has been, and will continue to be, available to answer any and all questions that we can to make the complex claim-administration process as painless and efficient as possible.
