Bought a motorcycle on October 17th 2022 and have yet to receive license plates and registration and my bank has not yet received the title. I have called multiple times for information and I constantly get told within two weeks, it is now approaching 4 months without any progress.

In response to complaint ID # ******** we have been experiencing much longer than normal wait times to receive some out of state titles and lien releases. Though it is getting somewhat better since covid, delays still exist. We did receive and priority mailed out ************************* out of state tag and registration to him and mail said title to his bank on the 13th of February. We have also been told that there have been some material shortages in the making of the paper that some titles are made out of in some states which we are sure that add to the delay in processing. Perhaps as time goes by there will be much improvement in the time factor. We apologize for any inconvenience that may be caused but some things remain out of our control.

In August of 2022 I financed and purchased a 2022 ****** *********** previously owned. After trying to register it at DMV I was told that I don’t have the complete paperwork. Had to cancel road-trip out of state because I couldn’t get my registration and tag. After calling bank over info on title I called the Dealership. Was told they were having problems finding the title! They said they would call. Every couple weeks I would reach out and they were getting annoyed with me on the phone. In November I was involved in a hit and run. After calling 911 the Law Enforcement officer on scene to help ran the VIN to bike and said it wasn’t coming back as anything and it could be stolen. We reached out to the Dealership on accident scene to try and figure out situation. No title still. 2 weeks later I call dealership and ask to speak only to owner. Was trying to explain to him “****” how unprofessional and unpleasant his dealership is. He also had attitude. Said he’ll have title by Tuesday! Tuesday of last week come and gone NO call. It’s now the following Monday. I am getting bike towed to shop today. Not sure if I want to invest anymore in this bike if it doesn’t have a title/or scam! I bought this bike for 25,000$. I bought it as an early retirement gift and was to be paid off by retirement year in 4 years. If this is a scam I will be interested in filing complaint! If this is just how they do business I think ****** inc. ******* inc. might want to look into their dealerships. Would like to get ****** inc. email as well. I enjoy riding for its therapeutic value. I ride year round and put a lot of practice into my craft. I feel as though Quaker has added so much unneeded stress in my life! Hoping for some kind of resolution! I really not sure if I want to make next payment on bike. I have decent credit and don’t want to lower score but this isn’t buyers remorse I LOVE bike! Salespeople and sale service is completely at Quaker are rude and unprofessional and border line scammers!
