      I purchased a set of CV axles from this company through ********.com. Product was advertised as "CV Drive Axle part numbers with an HD suffix are severe-duty applications and include a thermoplastic outboard boot for increased life and durability versus a traditional neoprene boot. "The boots on these CV axles are cracking after only 11 months of use, and this issue is widely reported on ****** as well. These CV axles were falsely advertised as having severe duty improvements for increased life and durability of the outboard boot, which is already cracking with less than a year, and only 7,000 miles of use. I have already purchased OEM CV axles to replace these as I do not trust these axles at all.

      I purchased a PCM  through Cardone and installed it in my 2001 **** ******. It was a faulty part. I did pinpoint inspections through all data and returned the part and it was replaced by Cardone. The second *** was installed and was also faulty and after doing pinpoint inspections etc by a local **** dealership I returned it and was sent another part. The third PCM was installed by a **** dealership and was faulty. The dealership did diagnostics and have determined the PCM is faulty once again. Cardone refuses to replace this faulty part or to give a refund.

      I am rejecting this response because: Their response said they do not have record of me ever calling. I have spoken with **** in technical service several times. After I explained I was using ******* to conduct pinpoint checks, he told me it would have to go to a service center. I have a mechanical background knowledge, as well as I have sought the advice of a master mechanic with 50 years experience in automotive repair. Our findings point to another bad PCM. I felt **** was condescending and if I attempted to argue the point, I would definitely not benefit from this conversation. I would like a refund of my money, because after 3 bad PCMs from Cardone, I do not feel safe driving the vehicle in high traffic situations with their product. Thank you for your time.
