The management team at the Philadelphia Public Auto Auction on Woodland Ave are a bunch of thieves, and treat black people like a bunch of idiots. They have no respect for the customers, and overcharge the customers, even though they gave you a piece paper, detailing what you will be paying for when you pick up the car the following day after the Auction. When you asked the older white gentleman, who is the most disrespectful guy in there, what are these charges, he told you that he does not know, look on the paper, and when you do the math, the number he gave you doesn't even exist. If the total amount come to 3000 dollars after you calculate everything, they will always charge extra fees which will go directly in their pockets. When you buy a vehicle from them, they will tell you do the math based on the paper they gave you, and if you are stupid and can not do the math, they will over charge you, because they will think that you will not know the difference. They are abusing the poor black people who don't have enough money to go into a dealership to get a car, and are not well educated to calculate the amount on the paper, with all the taxes and fees involve. When they find a really educated person who do the math and corner them, they get violent and try to keep your car until you pay them that extra fees.
