1 starI placed a oder through PerPay. It has been nothing short of the worst experience as a consumer I've ever had to deal with. There is no customer service what so ever. All you get is a chat service that does nothing. More the send out automated generic answers these response could take 3-4 ,days before you'll get and AI generated response. Totally unacceptable for the consumer. I placed a order through per pay approximately 6 weeks ago. Filed out all the information required by PerPay. I place my orldler it was approved. This is we're it. Took.a turn and started this horrible ************* first order they took so long to process it that the item was out of stock. Although I got a email from PerPay with a tracking # my item was being shipped to. Only shortly after that another email was sent explaining how this product was no longer available. So the process started all over again on a new order. 10 days later and. To direct deposits made No order *** been shipped and my ticket entries are not responded toReview fromKrystal D

5 starsI Love Perpay it gives me the option to get big priced items at a price a can afford weekly and with it getting taken right out of my check I dont have to worry about it and it also helps build credit so all in all its one of my top favorite apps once I pay off one order I just get other stuff that add up to what Im already getting taken out of my check 10/10 would recommendReview fromJohnathan W

I give Perpay no stars because of poor customer service! Ive had to email several times and no one has reached out to me ****** Livid because the refund that Im requesting is my monies that are due to me not having knowledge that I was supposed to stop direct deposit and I accumulated money that is due to me.775.00 to ****** that belongs to me!!Perpay please resolve this issue immediately

To clarify, because we do not have the ability to start, update, or stop your direct deposit as they are automatically sent to us from your payroll on your pay days, we send along instructions for turning off your direct deposit payment as soon as your final payment is processed. If you have not turned off your direct deposit, we highly recommend you doing so to stop any further payments from being deposited into your account. Regarding your accumulated cash balance, we are sorry to hear that this has not been sent back to you at this time - I am happy to report that a team member has reached out to assist you with this issue, please respond their message and they'll take care of the rest from there!Review fromLisa B

5 starsI absolutely LOVE Perpay. I had no idea that the credit card was literally a credit card that was independent of the shopping credit limit you're setup with at the start. I had ordered a gift (in a jam) and it was sent to me quickly and decreased my available credit on my shopping account... i noticed i still had the full available amount (and then some!!) on my credit card! The payments that had been made on my account are like "extra credit" on your credit card! So i used my credit card to fill up gas, and checked my balance, and sure enough! My full available credit card amount was still available because I was only reducing what was pain in excess of my credit line. AND i just got approved for a credit line increase on my credit card. I don't have to worry about missing a payment because it is applied automatically from my paycheck.. i'm building credit and loving it all. Thank you Perpay!Review fromJillian T

Ive been with Perpay for several years now and it has its benefits and downfalls like any business. I e definitely had some issues with customer service and them not reading what Im asking because their response doesnt even answer what I was asking. I havent been offered a credit increase once in the 5 years Ive been with the company for my credit card despite the fact that I make payments all the time and always keep them informed if something happens that would impact my payments. I think that is very disappointing because my marketplace account has increased 4 times in the same time frame. It would be nice to show that they trust me in other ways as well. Items have been lost a couple of times or damaged and Prepay has dealt with it appropriately. Overall, it is like any other business out there.Perpay Inc.

5 starsPrices are high but thaf. Comes with this type of service. Great for when in a financial bind or set back but want something they offer.
