    On 10/7/23 I went into this store to purchase a bag. I paid $302.40 for it. The owner ******** stated several times it will take a few days and by the end of the upcoming week I would be able to stop in to pick up my bag. I called 2 days prior to the anticipated day which would of been Friday to inquire about me picking up my bag and the store associate answers me she's on ******** live and she will get back too me. I stated I was only inquiring about picking up my bag and she stated it stated it takes an additional week meaning 7-10 days. That was not told me while I was in the store. I feel misled about the shipping timeline. I asked for a refund and the owner just decides to tell me about her return policy meaning I cannot get my money on a bag I DID NOT HAVE in my possession. I think its not right to mislead someone just to purchase out of your store. As a consumer I have a receipt that do not say no refunds its not handwritten and it was not explained too me. I am asking for my $302.40 back to my card. Far as that bag and she can keep it.

    My Name is ******** I am the owner of SSB. This customer was told many times of our timeline. It’s on the wall of the store, it’s on our website and I have video footage from my showroom floor of me telling her more then once ordered pieces take 7-10 business days. Not only has she disrespected my employees, she threatened them. With attorneys, she also showed up with police to pick up her merchandise when we offered to ship it to her free of charge. She is extremely DRAMATIC, no longer welcome in my establishment. May I also add this is NOT THE ONLY TIME SHE PURCHASED from us. She is a reoccurring customer. She was well aware of all policies. We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS on orders sent out because they are electronic and cannot be stopped once sent. She was also aware of this. She also gave me a poor rating on ****** all for doing exactly my job. I never once was cocky, rude or arrogant although she was ruthless! In almost 4 years being in business she has been my WORST ENCOUNTER!
