    On October 1, 2023 I purchased a monthly subscription (Oct 1 - Oct 31) to park at the LAZ Lot at ************ ****** ***** **** ****** **, Philadelphia, PA. That day, I did not receive any further confirmation that I could park in the lot nor any parking pass, etc. that would let me enter the lot and park without being fined. I followed the instructions on the website to no avail; in neither the LAZ ******* app nor the website did my parking pass appear, despite my billing amount remaining being $0. Both the app and site did not contain the components mentioned on the site for retrieving a parking pass (see incorrect website information and screenshots 1, 2, and the parker page for this information listed vs. the reality of the website.   During business hours I reached out to the Philadelphia contact information on the website - no one answered. Only after emailing a contact at a Customer Care Center did I receive an email, which initially provided no extra details on how to retrieve a pass, only eventually telling me the pass would come in two business days. It has been 5 business days since the purchase and this is not the case. The billings contact provided to me proved unresponsive. On Oct 6, I was able to contact a representative of the location who informed me the pass would be at the ************ ****** ***** that day. This was not the case. I was also guided to a FlashParking app which unfortunately is not available on my ******* phone for the app being out of date (see screenshot 3). I would like the following: first, I still want the access to the garage that I paid for. Second, since a full business week has passed of me not being able to use my monthly parking, I would like the value of seven days of the subscription refunded. Finally, I request that the company either correct its system of delivering parking passes to reflect what the website says, or to change the website and instruct customers to call the appropriate parking lot manager.

    I worked at the * ***** and ************** in ****** **** ************ and paid for a monthly parking pass in the LAZ Parking garage at ******************************* (*** ****************). I pre-paid $280 for the month of October 2021, but left the company (********) and my last day of parking at LAZ was October 8th, 2021. I was informed that I would be able to get a refund for 1/2 of the month (estimated at $140), but six (6) months later and after numerous emails back and forth, I still have not received my refund. LAZ parking keeps saying their accounting system is experiencing issues and apologized for the delay, but keeps giving me the run around. I have all of my email correspondences with LAZ since October 2021 and their city office keeps ignoring me and telling they are looking into the issue. I am a patient person, but waiting six months for a refund is a bit too long. Thanks for any help you can give me. I have attached a screen shot of my last LAZ charge on October 1st, 2021. *****.
