      I have been waiting since April to get an answer to a question, sales was supposed to call me and they did not yet it is now december and everytime I call I get the same answer, soemeone will call you, waste of time

      NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER use InstaMed for your payments. I tried for first time on multiple medical payments and only about half of them went through, and the ones that didnt go through, I had to request a refund. I requested a refund a month ago and I have still not received my refund. I disputed through ********** and fortunately, ***** was awesome and credited my account so I could make my medical payments, and they are waiting on InstaMed to pay the money back to them. ******************!

      Very rude and incompetent employees. We received a bill dated 1/31/24 for service provided by eye surgeon doctor on 1/10/24. We paid the bill on 2/7/2024. Today, 8/6/24, we needed to schedule another appointment for the same ongoing issue. We couldn't schedule because Instamed had the account frozen for non payment. I left 2 messages after holding over 10 minutes and no call back. The 3rd time I called someone finally answered. I told her I needed the hold lifted immediately. She said I'd have to wait an hour, which was unacceptable to me. This particular doctor is very difficult to see because her schedule very busy. I asked for the name of the woman at Instamed I was talking to, she replied "********" and hung up. When I called the doctor's ****** to schedule an appointment, the hold still wasn't lifted. They woman at the doctor's ****** had to call Instamed and was also talked to rudely. I guess this company has a no accountability policy.

      They force you to pay even when you don't owe the money. They don't answer the phone. If you leave a message they may call you back but then they transfer you to someone who tries to transfer you back. Eventually you gladly pay the money that you don't owe just to get them off of your back. They won't mail a statement. They just email and text you until you cave in. I spent hours trying to explain to them and northeastern Ohio eye surgeons that I did not have a contact lens fitting.

      I am a patient and recently had some vaccinations that are not covered by my insurance. I received an email from my medical provider which states I can view the invoice and pay via the InstaMed link which appears on the provider patient portal. There is no invoice either on the provider patient portal or the InstaMed link. In order to pay, InstaMed requires an invoice number, which of course I never received.

      InstaMed has sent invoices 3 or 4 times for a bill paid in October 2022. If I simply paid those invoices without researching, it would be several hundred dollars extra. Instead I proved it was paid by my **************** just seven days after the service. Each time they apologize for their "mistakes". Honest mistakes? --- Not convinced.

      I work with IT for a clinic that uses InstaMed. We have had a lot of issues with them over the years. In particular, I have never had their support line be particularly helpful. Almost every case we open with them is responded with a "pass the buck" response, blaming our EMR or the payer. We've never seen them take responsibility for an issue, or attempt to look into an issue past the bare minimum. They ask for more information and when we provide it, they do nothing with that information. **************** is the worst.

      I am a Provider who has used Instamed since 2013. They apparently made accounting errors in 2023 and sent me a notice that I owed them $800. Despite my calling and emailing to try to set up a payment plan, They pulled out over $1100.00 from my checking account yesterday without any notice that they were going to do so, There was never a way to reach them to protest this, lousy treatment and terrible customer service.

      Instamed *****. I paid a Labcorp bill thru them via myUHC.com They never sent the payment i made to Labcorp and their customer service is nonexistent.

      Scam site. Was sent bill from them and paid through them for the providing that I had seen. They do not take the responsibility to update account for correct payment application to account. They still show my account had a $10 balance after payment.
