My former partner used my information and rented an apartment in my name without my consent. When I found out about the issue I contacted the apartment complex and told them that I lived in another state and my ex used my information and obtained a residence at their facility. They informed him of what I said and they told him he had to leave. Six months later I saw a collection activity on my credit report for $17,754 from this apartment that know nothing about. I have never lived in Philadelphia and I have never been at this apartment. I informed them of the fraudulent activity and they still went ahead and place this collection charge on my account. I want this removed from my credit report because I did not sign a lease with this complex and I informed them of this. My credit is ruined because of this and I want this resolved.

The I reject the response from this business because their response did not solve the issue. There is $17,000 collection activity on my credit that the company placed there and I need it removed. I have filed a police report of the identity theft but that did not solve what this company did by place a collection activity when I have reached out to them and informed them that an account was opened with my knowleadge. I need this collection activity removed from my credit in order for this situation to be resolved. Though this company may no longer own **** ***** they are responsible for any false activity on my account because they allowed someone to open an account in ny name without doing the proper background check or verifying the personal informaation when the person moved in as I have never been to philadelphia Pennsylvania or has been that apartment. Steps need to be taken to removed this collection activity from my credit report.

when I moved into the willows it was aloof deceitful promises, the outlets over my kitchen sink had no covers (bare wires) and some of my outlets were coming out of the wall the vinyl on the floor was peeling up the bathtub paint was peeling and the vents in the bathroom don't work and are falling out the ceiling we asked them to fix this upon arrival and the problem hasn't been resolved coming up on last month on the lease. I also had a problem with wasp getting into my room through the ripped screen on the window I let them know this as urgent because I was allergic and they refused to fix this for a month and I was told to put a shirt under my window . Later is came out that the breakers in my apartment were weak and one side lost power along side with various noise complaints they refused to handle which is very inconvenient because I work from home . these issues have last throughout my lease (12 months)

At GoldOller, we provide homes to over 17 thousand households and take great pride in our communities. We recently took over this community a few months ago, so we cannot speak of the past management for this community. However, we resolve every maintenance issue that our residents submit in their resident portal. As you can see in the attached screen-shot, every request has been completed or cancelled by the resident. We do acknowledge the miscommunication that can occur during a new takeover and after reaching out to the ***** both parties agreed to resolve the maintenance issues pictured above after the household's move out the end of October.

I have recently moved out on August 17th of *********** Apartments in which Gold Oller is the Real Estate investors. Upon finalizing our move out fees we noticed that we were being double charged for a rent. My roommate and I have called and even went to talk with the property manager ******* on multiple occasions to rectify the situation because it was showing we owed them money. Since then we have had been getting the runaround, finally ******* said that this is a corporate issue and doesn't know why the system is double charging us in error. When looking again they have removed the charge but now have added $287 extra to our previous rent showcasing we we did not pay a full rent. The property manager said that it should be $674 not $960 . We have called them multiple times to get this fixed and have reached out to the regional property manager *********************** who refuses to take our calls. Noticed this has happen to others and it is starting to look like Fraud.

GoldOller Real Estates Investments manages over 17 thousand homes across the nation. Because of the scale of our operations, we take accusations such as fraud extremely serious. As soon as this complaint came through, we wasted no time reaching out to ********. After a full investigation, it turns out to be simple miscommunication, not fraud. ******** & the rest of the their household actually owed us money in the end. Their account since then has been balanced, and no money is owed to either parties. We acknowledge the miscommunication & apologize for any lack of follow-up from the site team and will be using this as learning experience.

My partner and I were supposed to move into an apartment at the ****** at ***** ***** on 8/19. Not only was the unit not as advertised, there were a number of issues in the apartment including multiple safety hazards. These issues made it unlivable, leaving us with no place to live. We were told our money would be reimbursed, but instead we have been continuously ignored. We would like the $974 that we paid to ****** refunded.

I moved into the ****** at **** ***** in february. Since then, my time as a renter has been less than pleasant. There are endless problems within the unit. The fire alarm goes off accidentally once every two weeks. The trash is disgusting and rarely ever properly gets taken out. There is an immense mice/roach issue... that they do NOT care to fix. I'm certain there are multiple health codes being violated. My mother is disabled and they STILL have not installed her shower bars. There's trash everywhere. They don't answer the phone or work orders. I feel like I'm risking both my mental and emotional health living here. It is not cheap and I am disgusted.
