      I received an unsolicited threatening mailing from the company harassing me to sell my property. It is NOT for sale nor is it on the market. I would never sell to them!! This needs to STOP immediately!! They use intimidating scare tactic mailings to try and get you to call them. Third Notice... Urgent..How much longer before I hear from you etc... Unreal. stop being vultures. I want these annoying and intrusive advertising and solicitation methods to STOP! This is a constant issue of these folks who are trying to flip properties for their own gain! This is why there are so many homeless people. The greedy investors buying and renting at over the top high prices. Stop harassing me!!

      This is the 4th time I have asked this company to STOP CALLING AND SENDING ME MAIL OFFERS I will seek a lawyer if you can not stop them I received another letter today asking to buy my house .....

      Received card today regarding my home noting: “THIRD NOTICE” “HOW MUCH LONGER BEFORE I HEAR FROM YOU?” “I’ve done all I can to get a hold of you and this is my last resort… Please turn this card over…(all underscored) It’s important that I hear from you ASAP.” Back of card included “I am hoping that this card catches you in time. I’ve tried for hours to find your phone number (all underscored) using the Internet but was unable to find it.” It included there’s a recorded message to “at least hear me out and then decide if we should speak over the phone.” The card ends with “I would appreciate you keeping this matter private.” (“keeping this matter private” underscored!!!) This card was unnerving and scary that someone is trying to track me down!!!! NEED TO BE LEFT ALONE and my information deleted!!! Keeping this card for my records!!!

They send me direct mailing advertisements and I am on every DO NOT MAIL list a person can possibly get added onto through consumer protection links from the attorney general website.       This company contacted me earlier this year in March. I filed a complaint with BBB asking that the company stop contacting me as my home has not been up for sale for at least 10 years. I have also filed a complaint with the attorneys general of Ohio. problempropertypals.com needs a big fat fine, not a slap on the wrist; they need fined out of existence. This is not advertising, this is harassment. Previous BBB complaint #******** from earlier this year 2023.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that the resolution of removing my address from your mailing list and NOT selling it or providing it to any business partners is satisfactory to me.

      The fact that your company has my information in its database is somewhat concerning since I have never done business with any home buying companies and I have never given my information freely to anyone involved in the business either. I work in Cybersecurity, so I get why collecting consumers information without being asked is a problem.

      I received yet another post card mailer from this company, this time marked "THIRD NOTICE - HOW MUCH LONGER BEFORE WE HERE FROM YOU?" Like the first two, it was an inquiry about purchasing my property. I do not have my property listed for sale nor have I ever and I am NOT interested in selling. I am tired of receiving JUNK mail from investors looking to buy my home to possibly convert it to a rental property because of the influx of people migrating to Florida! I have marked these mailers Return to Sender and requested they remove my information from their marketing list; however, I continue to receive the unwanted solicitations. I am tried of having to check the property appraiser site on a weekly basis to ensure I have not become a victim of a real-estate scam due to the marketing tactics used by companies like this. I would like to see these companies held accountable for their harassment along with whatever entity is selling property owner information including non published phone numbers registered with the Do Not Call and Do Not Text systems.

      On Thursday I recieved a call from someone at problem property pros though the individual was very respectful and courteous calling a persons number that is on the do not solicit list for a property that's isn't for sell, hasn't been listed for sale since I've owned it and will never be listed for sale is illegal and intrusive. this company and others like it need to stop the harassing tactics. I feel just like the other person that complained.... try to buy houses for sale and stop harassing us that don't want to sale our freaking house. how would they feel if a random person called them asking if they sale a kidney or lung.... it would be totally inappropriate and intrusive just like these got darn phone calls mailers and text messages.
