I would like to report to you incident that I had on 1/25/22 during my visit to Jetro at  Philadelphia at ******** *** at about 5 pm. I have been a member of Jetro for the past 12 years and visit every 2 weeks or sooner and this is the first time I had this experience.I bought two cases of Vita Coco 1 liter. The advertised price on the shelf was  14.01 per case. It rang for some $17. The associate told me to go and get the sign. I got the sign and the associate called the manager. Manager was so rude looks like he has some personal issues that were visible at his body language. He said even though the description is the same the UPC code on the sign and the product is not the same. This was the only product on that shelf. I asked why was this sign posted. He was still very very rude. I started taking pictures of the product and the sign so that I could communicate to the corporate office. At this time another employee standing next to the manager snatched my phone and said I am not allowed to take picture and that he would delete them. He had my phone for about 5 minutes and has deleted all my phone data.I believe the manager name was *************. I called the police from the store because of all this commotion and the employee that had my phone said that he would come to my store and threaten to attack me outside. Manager did not ask him why he took my phone and if that was legal or allowed to take any one personal belonging. I asked the manager to be allowed to stay in the store till the police came and he told me to leave immediately or face "dire consequences". He also voided my transaction and said I was not allow to buy at this store when I told him i was ready to pay for the other items. I have contacted Jetro corporate office several times and they are not responding. They have acknowledged receipt of my complaint.
