    In July 2022, mentioned above roofing send me proposal about repair and re-coat job of my roof, see copy of proposal agreement attached. After they notified me that job is complete, i submitted payment on August 2nd, see copy of receipt attached. On May 1 st, 2023, I notified this roofing company over email about leak, that leaks right onto my bedroom, see copy of email attached. It is already 7 days past, however they didn't fix it, and they even never contacted me about this incident. Obviously, they don't want to contact me, because they know what quality job they done, if any of the listed jobs were done at all. Note: agreement says they are supposed to: repair where it is leaks on the back of the roof - it is where it leaks now. They were also supposed to cement and fabricate all areas where necessary, and coat entire roof with aluminum fiber roof coating. After such muli-level repair and coat, roof should not leak for quite few years.

    Dear Representative,

    I paid large amount of money to Murphy Roofing, they supposed to fix leak in rear section of roof, cement and fabricate all areas where it is necessary.  Coat Roof with aluminum fiber roof coating, see copy of estimate and copy of receipt. Roof is still leaks on the rear section of roof, and it is a lot of mold going on the wall because of it leaks all that time. Now, i doubt they done any of the listed jobs on my roof, that's why they don't respond to me, they did not respond to BBB complaint for so long time either, see copy of email notification from May 7th, 2023
