    Horrible tours! Did not provide the tours as advertised and when I reviewed them on their site, they did not publish it. Beware!

    **Beware of The Tour Guys A Complete Rip-Off!**I had a terrible experience with The Tour Guys. I strongly advise against booking any tours with them. If you need to cancel your tour, don't expect to get your money back, even though they claim they will provide a refund. They are completely unresponsiveno one answers the phone, and they ignore emails. Save yourself the hassle and book with a more reputable company. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

    I paid for a service in Rome for an underground Colosseum tour that should have included Palatine Hill. This was described on the website as part of the tour. While on the tour we were told by our tour guide, we didn’t have time. I emailed the company and have yet to hear back from them. Why advertise something on their website and pay for a service you think you’re getting and not get it?? So annoying and disappointing.

    The Tour Guy cancelled our Versailles Palace & Garden Tour w. Skip The Line Entry from Paris the evening before it was scheduled with no explanation. When you book a trip to Paris and you carefully plan out every excursion, you don't expect to have someone cancel. You don't have time to rebook and all other activities are full. The Tour Guy would not respond to calls, texts, or emails for assistance. I even found one of their tour operators and she texted her boss requesting that they contact me. They still never contact me. Disappointing.
