    I visited a Vybe urgent care in ***************** in ************, ** on 1/26/23 for what appeared to be hives from some sort of insect bite. I was seen and felt that my concerns werent being taken seriously per the course of treatment. I expressed I felt I was having a reaction to some sort of bug bite and they went on to treat it as if it was an allergic reaction although I have no allergies. This led to me being to told to try Benadryl or Zyrtec to help the irritation. Neither of these does anything for insect bites. She then said they could also prescribe a slight steroid if I felt the first method wasnt working. It was then confirmed that this script was already sent to the pharmacy. 24 hours later, still swollen and itchy, and my prescription was never sent and no one could get ahold of the doctor over the phone. Point being, if I were to have a deadly reaction to whatever is happening and needed my medicine, I wouldnt have had it and could have died. I then had to go back to the facility to physically pickup something I was guaranteed was already at the pharmacy and deliver it myself. This means more time for whatever to run rampant in my body causing me more pain and harm. This is deplorable and the last time I will be visiting any Vybe facility.

    Patient care matters to us, and we referred this issue to our Chief Medical Officer and the Center Manager for the ********** **** location.  Our reviews shows we performed a full clinical evaluation, recommended appropriate treatment, and the chart is well-documented with the details, including timing of any prescriptions.  We apologize if any patient feels the care she received was not warm and compassionate, but we're not able to find any shortcoming that would justify the requested refund.   We are open to discussing this matter directly, since it was not brought to our attention prior to the BBB complaint.  Thank you.

    I went in to get checked on 11/9/22, though t I would possibly have Covid or the Flu. I waited 2 hours in waiting room, and when I was finally called back, I was told by the MA herself, that there was other staff on hand except the staff was too busy sitting chatting amongst themselves leaving her to assist all 6 of us patients at once. Once in the room, I was given a nose swab in which the MA explained to me it was COVID, FLU and RSV swab at once. I have to present the results to my employer who is currently requesting the results. I called Vybe Urgent Care on **************************Philadelphia, PA ********* and was told, I never had a swab and must be confusing with a different provider. I don't have a PCP and this is the only location near home that I could visit. Now I am left with no results and my employer is requesting the results. I work in healthcare facility and need this for my files.
