      I purchased a grey 2014 **** ******** **** 4/18/22 and A black 2017 ****** **** truck 1/4/23. Both cars were towed stating their payments were not paid. The car payment balance was $572 some how they came up with the amount of $1390.00 and would not let me make the payment that was not even accurate. They then asked for almost 10,000 to receive my car out of repossession. However, for the truck I have each receipt and a print out of the payments I made. They then asked for 22,000 for the truck to receive the truck out of repossession. I placed down 7,000-8,000 for my car. And I place down 11,000 for the truck. I gave them cash and 2 checks that they did not place in their system until 1/19/23 and the other check is not list but was indeed cashed because PENNDOTS made me aware! They even switched vin numbers and license plate numbers one each car with PENNDOTS because they did some illegal activities with registration! They took my money to register both cars but did not register then through Penndots! When I was pulled over my plate was listed as unknown with no trace at all as if my car was stolen! My name, address, or license number did not appear. The license plate was not even register through the dealership! This happened to me twice with the police! This was a huge scam and this car lot took my money and cars, and caused me to lose my CNA position at 7 months pregnant! They took advance of me and make made me lose everything I worked so hard for! I would like at least half of my money back from this scamming car lot!

      ******************* purchased a 2017 *** ******** on January 9, 2023.  She was past due well over two payments and didn't provide Best Buy Imports with her updated insurance and the only insurance we had on file was cancelled therefore she was driving illegally. Her other vehicle, a 2014 ******** * ***** was delinquent over two payments and had no insurance.  ******************* breached both of her contracts with Best Buy imports and therefor she was legitimately repossessed.  During her repossession *************** caused thousands in damage on her vehicle by taking gallons of bleach and motor oil out and spilling them inside the car.  We have not pursued her in damages and/or criminally.

      I went out to purchase a car the dealer told me the car had just slight suspension problems I’m now 2nd day into owning the car and it has more then that I went to return the vehicle to the dealer they state I waved my “cool off period” (they has paper work saying I waved it but they lied to me about what I was signing) I also contacted the lender to try and cancel the loan within the 15 days I’m allowed yet nothing I don’t want the car anymore due to the issues I wanna just return and finance something else but the dealer will not let me

      I’ve am 20 years old in purchase my first car with this dealership me being 20 years old I should have already known better but I didn't my dad said he would help me. I wasn't present when my dad found the car but called me to meet him at the dealership to my surprise when I got to the dealership all the paperwork was already together the payments were already together all I had to do was provide my income, Show my ID and sign the paperwork. Within the first week of having the vehicle the car begin to smoke we returned the car to the dealership and to my surprise again I had to pay for it to get fixed. After this everything was OK until I began to get pulled over by the police stating that the registration was expired and the car was not registered to me. It was hard to get someone on the phone at this place time and time again so one day we showed up and they told me that Harrisburg  was backed up. This place knew my income I'm 20 years old in work Part time at ******* **. I missed a few payments and never got any correspondence from the dealership no emails no warning that the car would be repossessed at any time. Last night my car was towed away and the very next morning I called them to prayerfully see if I could pay the missed payments but to my surprise they told me that they would require the full price of the vehicle in order for me to get it back. Which is impossible for anyone let alone me 20 years old working part time at ******* **. This place is a scam. There was nothing but issues with the car from the very beginning. They don't wanna work with you they know that perhaps someone could be late or missed a payment here or there they will not work with you but instead state that at any time they could require a full payment they scam people out of money just to get the car back and do the very next thing to the next person. They are not willing to work with you they wont even call you to tell you youre in default

      ****************** purchased a 2008 ***** ** on 5/27/22. He made 4 short payments and was severely past due months with notices sent to his phone via text with no reply back.  His vehicle was repossessed and he was given an option to retake his vehicle if it were paid in full.  Its unfortunate that ****************** lost his vehicle but his lack of financial responsibility was the reason for his default on his loan.

      Purchased vehicle1/22. Ever since I purchased vehicle it had issues .Some issues the dealership said they repaired but still same issues over and over. Also when I purchased the vehicle it never was inspected. (unsafe) and would not pass. Sales person did not disclose to me any reports or info on issues with the vehicle. I asked owner numerous times to please get me out of the car it had to many problems he had refuse to only if i can give him more money becuase he had no cars with the same value. Now there is a even bigger issue where car is not able to get repaired.I already paid over 1,000$ for repairs . Car was Diagnosed by a mechanic .mechanic stated that due to evidence it looks like the car has been in a flood at some point. Car had mold in battery compartment, rusted areas caused by water, also water damage to windsield. Owner to car shop said he would put me in another vehicle. I went to the shop to get into another vehicle that same day the sales person told me to come back tomorrow he would have a car for me. went back the next day thatperson was not in office another sales person directed me to there other location. When i got there his sales people let me test drive and fill out paperwork to turn around and tell me never mind. I had to take ***** 4 times back and forth to the shop. Now im stuck with no car and out of almost 10000$ Which i been making payments for car and repairs i had paid for. im trying to get the car to a specialist to see if I can get it fixed. Owner told me to take him to court he doesnt carehe is not helping me. he also threated me with cops if i do not leave becuase i was speaking about my issue and other customers knew and did not want to come in. I gave himreceipts for repairs I had paid for and he said he doesnt care and that they cannot go towards my payments. I am out of car, strugging with transporting my kids to school and working. They put notes to pause payments until car is fixed but i do not trust them. I will attach.

      Unfortunately, this is not a true recollection of the sequence of events that occurred. ********************************* purchased her **** November of last year (2021). She went to another repair facility where they did unnecessary repairs that did not fix her one issue.  She recently came to us with an issue that we resolved in respect to the computer in the car.  We agreed to split the bill one time only for this repair and tow because the car was out of warranty.  As a courtesy we gave the customer a loaner.  They also had some other unrelated issues that they wanted fixed that were not under any warranty.  We went above and beyond to help but we cannot fix this car for free for the life of the vehicle.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      Some of this information is untrue yes the car was sent to another repair shop for maintenance But the car had other issues signs of vehicle been in flood with major electrical damages and problems this is how the car was sold to me. I went to go pick up my **** and now it has problems that never had before they are blaming other maintenance people but they have security footage and are willing to testify in court. I believe they messed up my car more and now It will not get out of fourth gear the promises that the owner had made to me was that he was going to send the car to a specialist to find out what the issues were and why I have been having problems for the past six months. The exact date of purchase was December 13 Not November. the owner Also called me and said he wasnt fixing my headlights that his mechanics head broke he had told me that he is not fix and nothing else because I have complained. 

      I have multiple multiple videos of conversation inside his maintenance shop. He’s also trying to charge me more now after he seen this complaint We had agreed on $400 which is in the conversation he’s in his shop phone now he’s trying to charge me $200 more because I have complained for being treated unfairly.

      I am filing this complaint because the dealership has fails to make agreed repairs to the vehicle as well as register and title my car with NJDMV and provide my permant License Plat s and registration for my car which has been paid for per my loan contract with ****** **** ******. taxes tags and fees have been paid in full. Promises were made that the repairs would be done now I’m being ignored by the salesman Steve and no one is responding to myself or ****** **** ******. Once they received funding from the bank no one wants to respond or answer I have emailed and tried to contact the owner I did speak to Steve today around 10:52 am and was told he will have the owner contact me and it’s between me and the owner now. My temporary tag expired on the 18th I now have a car I’m paying for that I can’t drive because of this.

      Unfortunately, this is not a true recollection of the sequence of events for ***********************.  He purchased his car and never fullfilled his downpayment or made a payment to the bank.  This resulted in a first payment default which then he untimatley defaulted on his loan and the car was repossessed.  He drove the vehicle for 6 weeks and did not pay for it and is not eligible for a refund on a repossession.

      I am rejecting this response because:The business know this is not the case the illegally repossessed the vehicle without the banks knowledge they never registered the vehicle nor did the fix the repairs promised to be fixed which I have the txt messages to prove. This company are a bunch of scammers. Ask them why the never registered the car and why they never made the repairs that were promised to be made.

      I brought a car from Best Buy imports on march 24th. I put $2500 down. I woke up on April 6th and the car was gone. I had no contact with the bank or Best Buy. No one contacted me. I contacted the police and they told me its been repossessed. I went to Best Buy and they told me my pay stubs were fake. They were real. Best Buy didnt communicate anything with me, neither did the bank. They said they talked to my boss and verified everything. My boss or I had no contact with anyone trying to verify anything. No one called me or my boss. When I first arrived to Best Buy , *******(a worker) was throwing up in the bathroom very loudly. Came out of the bathroom and talked to me and my mother with throw up on her face. ***(the manager) came in late and smelt very strongly like weed. His eyes were also very red as if he was high. They were unprofessional and rude. Didnt receive a refund or any help from anyone. Ive seen multiple reviews after going this and a lot of people went through the exact same thing.

Other reviews are irrelevant to this complaint and we do not have any other single case review where someone falsified documentation in order to purchase a car.       I bought a car from a buy here pay here auto dealership and after having it for a few months I took it to get an oil change. I started to notice the car was rattling so I went back to the oil change location and asked what the problem was. The mechanic said that the dealership probably put ***** oil in the engine when they were trying to sell it to cover up the noise. I then went to the dealership to make a payment and I brought it to the attention. I was given instructions to take the vehicle to the repair shop associated with the dealership. I did so right after and I was told that I had to leave my vehicle for the day in order to be checked out. The repair shop called me (****) and said that I would need a timing chain. I asked how much it would cost to fix it and they said they had to get back to me. After waiting some days I call back to check on my vehicle and I then was told that they were not able to do it for about a week because they had 2 cars on the lift that they were working on and that they were still going to get back to me on the repairs. So I was told to come get the car. The following week I still didn't hear anything so I call again inquiring on the repairs and still have to wait and see what it will cost me. I continue to call day after day and now I'm not getting anyone to answer the phone. I leave numerous messages. At this point I feel like I'm getting nowhere so I call the dealership to see if they can get the repairman to let them know something. I spoke with my salesman Rob. He said he would find out for me. I explained to him that I only had the car for 3 months and upon getting my oil changed I started to hear noises in the engine and I was starting to feel like he sold me a lemon. Rob says he will get back to me on it. Another few days I call Rob again only to get the same answer, let him look and see what he can do. So I decided to not make the next payment until I hear from them.

      Tell us why here..************************************ purchased a 2012 ***** ******* on September 16, 2021.   The repairs that were requested by ********************* were not the responsibility of the dealership.  The customer was free to go to any repair shop for her future repairs but chose to inquire about the repair shop that Best buy Imports uses that was not available to schedule ********************* at the time she demanded.  This matter was irrelevant to the fact that Best Buy Imports made several attempts to contact ********************* by email and text message in reference to her past due balance on her vehicle loan.  The vehicle was repossessed due to her delinquent account.   In the correspondence between Best Buy Imports and ********************* there was also no mention of any problems with her vehicle. Also, ********************* is reluctant to describe the full scenario of her altercation at the repossession lot where they have video surveillance of her yelling at the staff with racial slurs.  They also have a police report. They are not an affiliate of Best Buy Imports and if there are any further issues she is welcome to address them directly. 
      That being said, we will not accept a return of the vehicle.   We can offer to trade the vehicle in if ********************* is interested in the purchase of another vehicle.

      Purchased item online Nov 17. Item on sale following week. Went in for price match. CS told me price could be matched after delivery. After delivery, retirned for price match. Cs denied and stated they could not price match. CS shojld have processed a refund the day I was in the store and I could have repurchased for the sale price. Instead I was asked to return after delivery and now they are refusing to match their own price.

      ************************************ purchased a 2014 **** ******** VIN ending in 309646.   The price of the vehicle is $17,000, which is the same price that was discussed and the same price that is acknowledged and signed for by *********************** in her contract.  Her accusation of price gouging is completely false.  *********************** put money down and financed the remainder of her loan which naturally includes a finance charge. She has 72 biweekly payments that she signed and agreed to pay for the remainder of her loan.   *********************** is welcome to obtain another copy of her contract to see the terms of her purchase.  We can also help to explain again the terms of her purchase at any time.

      Hello Mr I ******************************* emailing you confirming my new purchase of the black ******** 2014, when purchasing this vehicle I was told that vehicle was 17,000 I was excited and was eager to purchase. I left a 5000 deposit and also had a trade which you gave me a 1000 for that trade . After reviewing my documents I noticed my balance is ****** and I was told that I also needed financing which I was never given that information.. My reason for this email is to ask that you not price gouge me and please charge me the price quoted when I was purchasing and not the extra 4000 you added or I ******************************* will have to take further actions.. thank you
