I applied to adopt Boone, a 13 week old puppy, and was approved on 10/16/2023. I scheduled a meet and greet with Boone and my current dog Myles on 10/25/2023. We arrived shortly before 11 am on Wednesday 10/25/2023 and Boone and Myles met. After some initial uncertainty between the two dogs, they were able to warm up to each other. Alli told me that she trusted me to take Boone home and to let her know of any issues during the 2 week trial period to ensure the health and safety of Boone. We agreed to meet again on Saturday at a time to be determined later for another meet and greet where we would take the dogs on a walk together and to make sure they would still do well together and we would be able to take Boone home with us if all went well. I texted Alli later that day at the number she provided in our email correspondence at 5:38 PM to see if we could meet Saturday at 11 am, with no response. I texted her again on 10/27/2023 at 6:39 PM to confirm the time to meet on Saturday, again with no response. I called her number on 10/28/2023 to see if she was able to meet, but she did not answer, and I texted her again to let me know when a good time would be to meet, but once again, no response. I filled out the Contact form on their website on 10/28/2023 and 10/31/2023 to reach out to let them know that I had not heard back from Alli and wanted to know if I was still eligible to adopt Boone. Even waiting for the 72 hour time they say to allow on their website, I still have not received a response from them. From the meet and greet, I was told that I would be able to adopt Boone and was expecting to take him home on 10/28/2023 pending a 2nd successful meet and greet, but I have not been able to get in contact with Alli or anyone else from Biggies Bullies. Since they don't have a central phone number to call, I am limited to using their Contact Us form on their website and the email chains that I had before. After several attempts to contact them over several days with several different forms of communication, I stopped trying to reach out.
