I have a negative credit report added from this company however I have never received my deposit or a certified mail letter with an itemized list. This company stated that tenants needed to manually resign leases. I chose not to resign and returned my keys by the move out date specified in their letters to tenants. I provided the office manager, ****, with an address for forwarding which could be used to send me the necessary documentation. Once someone is no longer a tenant they cannot be held to new lease terms or be mandated to use a tenant portal for communication. Certified mail is required in my state. My tenant rights have been violated and a negative credit report issued erroneously. I would like the erroneous credit report to be removed and the appropriate correspondence be sent to the address provided at move out. There are cameras in the office which can be subpoenaed, if necessary, to prove the information was provided. It should also be noted that the reason for moving out was due to health concerns. The building is constantly under repair which exposes tenants to harmful chemicals and mold. Building 2 also has issues with illegal drug use and pests. I left the apartment itself in good standing and have video and photo evidence as proof.
