      I hired Premier Building and Restoration Group, LLC owned by Ronald A****** to do some brick pointing, brick replacement, and run a downspout line into a trench in the spring of 2022. He cut the brick inside the building and left it a mess. He never finished the job. When we signed the agreement and I gave him the money he was to send me a copy of the agreement but never has even though I've requested it multiple times. I've called him countless times to finish to hear one excuse after another. Now he doesn't even answer his phone when I call.

      On May 7, 2022 we contracted with Premier Building and Restoration Group to remove our current walkway and pour a concrete walk way from our front door to steps to the street and to our driveway. We agreed to pay $2800. The contract was modified on May 9, 2022 (before signing) for us to pay half of the total, ($1400) up front before work started. We made that payment by check -which has been deposited by the contractor. Work started but was interrupted multiple times due to personal family problems that the contractor, Ron A******, claimed-car accidents, health problems, his father's death. All of our old walk way was removed and wood forms installed. Then approximately 4 weeks ago Mr. A****** called and said his house burned down. He came to put down the gravel which he wanted to get out of his pick up truck. Since then he will not return our phone calls and work has stopped completely. We just need to have the work finished or be released from our contract so we can hire someone else to pour the concrete. ****** ********** has Parkinson's and because the front yard is impassable to him he has been housebound because of this unfinished walk way.
