So on June 12, 2023, I called my bank Allegent Community Credit Union and spoke with a person and informed them of me traveling to NYC from June 16-20, 2023, and to put traveling security on my account so I can use my card while out of town. When I arrived at my hotel my hotel W New York Time Square a very extravagant hotel, and I used my debit card to check in as I always do for the amount that was charged $1,140.20, my card was declined, ran it again, card declined. So I had to step aside and call the bank in which was closed for the day and I called the main after hours bank number ************** after so many tries and couldn't get a live person, I called the secondary number ************** I spoke to 5 different people from the time I got to the hotel from 7 p.m. to finally getting to talk to someone and was on the phone with them for 1 hour and 3 mins trying to get them to take the fraudulent hold off of my account, only for them to take the hold off for the amount for the hotel, all of my other money was on hold and exhausted from my account because the hotel couldn't verify anything, at this point the company is having problems with the system and I was treated very rudely and I had to keep going back and forth with the bank about my money and I couldn't even spend it. This is a very high concern with this bank and the inconvenience that I was caused and the embarrassment that was bestowed upon me during my vacation. Thank God I had another back account and had no problems with them and was able to use my debit card with no problems. Yesterday 6/20/23 I did call the corporate office and spoke with Tanisha and explained everything to her, and she stated that she would send an email out to the higher supervisor, and someone would get back with me. Well today June 21, 2023 still no response. I was also told that I didn't have anything on my account stating that I was going to be out of town and there was nothing they could do for me until I talked to my bank.

Received 2 notices from Allegent Federal Credit Union, one dated 11-29-2022 and the other 11-18-2022. Both stating I am late with my monthly payment. I have my bank statements that prove It was paid on time, which they were informed of. While they are claiming it has not been paid, they have refunded a payment of 40.00 on 12-15-2022. to me. Both of these letters have an account number listed which is not mine, which I have advised them of. They have now listed my account as a Collection account on my credit report, after advising them of all of the above. which has significantly dropped my credit score. I have worked very hard to get my credit in good standing. This account, which is a credit card was listed in a bankruptcy in 2016 and should not be listed at all on my credit report. They were informed of this as well. I have made calls on 12-09-2022, 12-19-2022, 12-20-2022 and today 12-21-2022. I have not received a response. They reported my account to the credit companies, knowing it was false information. I have tried to work with them, but my calls have never been returned.
