      Would not recommend this place at all. I called 10/27/2022 to get an appointment to get my gas fireplace repaired. The woman, *****, told me there was no appointment available until a month later on 11/29/2022. When the technician came out on that date, he said the fireplace wouldn't stay lit due to the wall switch which he replaced. I had to pay $228.98 for this service call. After he left the fireplace came on and worked one time and then wouldn't come on again. I called ***** to inform her that I needed the technician back as this apparently was not the problem. She informed me that the next appointment would be 01/11/2023. So here I am out $228.98 with no fireplace working. I had to wait one month for the first appointment, and now over a month to get the technician back out to fix what he didn't fix the first trip all in all almost 3 months since my initial call. Not happy to say the least. Paid money but no working fireplace.
