      I made a purchase online from Amish Yard on 4/29/2023 for a total purchase price of $2478.69. I purchased a poly sofa, 2 rocking chairs and a coffee table. Order was delivered by fed ex on 5/19/2023. On review of package left by Fedex I noticed label on side that said total of 9 boxes and I counted 7 within the wrapping. I photographed the delivery/packaging and called Amish yard. I have been working with a woman on this case yet no resolution. I sent several photos of how delivery sat as well as opened each box with photo of contents and side of box. We are now nearly 1 week from delivery and no contact to say what the resolution will be yet they have taken my money in full. I am missing my coffee table and a set of cushions to complete my sofa. This is is unacceptable customer service.

      Upon receiving the customer's complaint about shipping errors, we promptly initiated an investigation to determine the root cause. We reassured the customer that we would address the issue and take appropriate actions. Our team worked diligently to replace the missing items in the shortest possible time frame. Additionally, as a gesture of goodwill and to compensate for the inconvenience caused, we issued a refund amounting to $129.30.

      Ordered an outdoor dining set from Amish Yard on 5/26/2022, their order number 10064. Received an order from Amish Yard on 6/13/2022, however it did not contain the product we ordered. We have contacted Amish Yard numerous times to replace the order, but the issue is still not resolved. They have had the wrong product picked up, but for some reason can't tell us when we will receive the product we ordered.

      My complaint is in regards to order # **** placed in May 2022 for the Polywood Lakeside outdoor dining set. The order is under ****** *****. The order arrived missing all the table legs and accompanying hardware. This took a week and a half to resolve. In addition, the 3 of the 6 chairs that arrived in this set need replacement because they were not built properly at the factory. The chair issue still remains unresolved as does my request for financial compensation. I have followed up at least 7 times to the business and all i am every told is they are sorry and have notified the proper team. There is never any follow up or status report from the business. From a customer service perspective, they do not care now that they have my money. I requested a store credit or discount of $200 for all this nonsense I am experiencing. To date, they have refused to address the problems. I am tired of waiting and am seeking remediation to solve the issue since the company has refused to cooperate. In addition, this set comes with a 20 year warranty so I am not sure why they continue to drag their feet. I need the chairs replaced, details on what to do with the 3 assembled incorrectly, and a decision on financial compensation for the business completely unwilling to help me.
