    Contractor took over 4 months to show up after being paid a hefty down deposit only to work for 3 hours and not even properly fix the issues that were described in the contract. I requested advise on a fence gate and contractor had no problem helping me only to add a surcharge of $250 to the bill. After 3 hours and sloppy work he left explaining he would be back to finish. Weeks later he responded that he was waiting for me to pick out the color of my paint even though there was another whole day of work to be done. Contractor convinced me that more than half of the work contracted didn't even need to be done while still honoring the initial price of work.
