    I bought a door dash gift card through giftya not realizing it wasnt door dash. When I googled door dash gift card it appeared as the top choice, which seems weird that it wouldnt actually be the real door dash gift card option. I dont think it said anything like all sales are final, though I could be wrong. I realized once I got the confirmation immediately after and tried to cancel, but it wont let me. It seems like deceptive advertising and I want my money back. The chat function also said someone would call me back to talk and so far they have not (it has been longer than the ***** minute time frame they said). When I tried to call them, I could not get in touch with a real person. The whole experience feels sketchy.

    I ordered a card to be text to a friend today 12/20/2024 . The bank approved it immediately and then giftya immediately sent an email saying that the order was cancelled because the payment did not go through.

    I purchased a gift card for my sisters birthday to be sent via text from GiftYa. My account was debited, but my sister never received the text. After multiple tries to resend the card thru GiftYa customer support, the transaction remained unsuccessful. I was assured I would be contacted by GiftYa to resolve the problem but it seems that is not going to happen. Never received a call nor text. Subsequently I requested a full refund, but have not received any confirmation or response. This company is a scam.

    I have recently tried to buy 3 ****** gift cards from your store but as soon as I paid the site gave me an error message and not only have I not received the cards but It charged my ****** account in a authorization state and I never received any response when I did try to contact your support center I am severely not happy about this and I want my money back for this nonsense scam

    I purchased a grocery store gift card, and they immediately told me that they were processing my car, but couldnt send the gift card. When I sent an inquiry, this was the answer that they gave back. The site feels like a scam.

    I purchased a gift card for my 83 y/o mother. She said it was not accepted and she had to paid with her own money. I tried to use the chat feature to see for myself, but it was wonky to say the least. I have included the card info. Maybe my mother is wrong. But I have no way of knowing if the customer service is of NO help. I for one am certain, I will not use the service again. But would like some resolution in this matter. Even to find out that my mother is wrong, but apparently $30 plus the fee is gone. Thanks!

    I was emailed a Giftya gift card for $25 on 11/30 as a gift for my son. I activated it right away and was told I would receive the email giftcard within 24 hours. That has since passed and I never received anything else from Giftya. I have tried to contact the company but it is impossible to talk with a person to resolve this issue. I want them to fulfill their promise and send an active $25 gift card today that my son can use as promised. I also want others to be warned of this scam so it doesnt happen to others.

    *** ordered an amazon gift card for my nephew from ************************** for ****** and all it says is, "in review" i looked it up and it says it may take up to 4 hours to finish the transaction and its been about 6. ive read reviews and everyone is saying this site isnt trustworthy so now im worried ive gotten scammed.

    Giftya has blocked me from making purchases. I sent one gift card and tried sending another and now all of my orders are being canceled. I have done nothing wrong.

    Purchased an amazon gift card for $ 100 plus $1.95 processing fee for son yesterday on 10/14 early am. He never received it via email and when I called to question giftya it was impossible to talk with anyone and I live chatted but with no response or resolution. I want a full refund on my credit card.
