    If you want an insurance agency that offers the absolute worst in customer service, ***************************** ***************** is the place for you. Here are some highlights of my experience:Unprofessional Staff: ******, who refers to herself as "****'s assistant," was extremely unhelpful. She laughed at me when my card was declined due to her own mistake. Her rudeness extended to my new agent, whom she treated with disrespect.Payment Processing Nightmare: I was told I had a past due balance that needed to be paid before switching agents. Despite paying promptly, the payment was declined because the agency entered the wrong card information. This forced me to drive 45 minutes to their office to resolve the issue. Miraculously, the same card worked in person.Lack of ************************* failed to notify me about the payment issue and did not answer my calls. Their lack of responsiveness was astonishing.Unauthorized Policy: After weeks of back and forth, I finally switched agents, only to find out that they had started a renter's policy without my authorization. I was left with an unwanted balance for a policy I never requested.Management Issues: ************************* seems oblivious to the problems in his office, as he is rarely present. When I mentioned ******'s behavior to other agents and receptionists, their response was, "I DON'T BLAME YOU," which raises serious concerns about the agency's leadership.Overall Experience: If you desire an insurance company that prioritizes its interests over yours, provides zero customer service, and employs rude and unprofessional staff, then this is the agency for you.Personal Note: ******, please understand that your behavior is unacceptable. You are not as important as you think you are. Your role is to assist customers, not to belittle them.In summary, if you want an insurance experience fraught with frustration and incompetence, ***************************** ***************** will not disappoint.
