After reviewing my credit report. i've discovered a couple of discrepancies in billing that need urgent attention. These inconsistencies highlight a significant failure in the creditor's mangement of my account. it's my right as a consumer to recieve a credit report that is alwys 100% accurate. Also, the unauthorized inquiry was made eithout my authorization an has not benefited me. Therefore, they should not be included in my information.I know this is a violation of the FCRA and FDCPA so they must

In 2017, i was pressured into signing up with InventHelp for an invention I wasn’t sure I wanted to do. Absolutely nothing positive was done on my behalf. I got mailings about trade shows but thats it. It never moved forward at all. Then I hear of the class action lawsuit and they took maybe $1500 off the loan. I cannot trade out of my car nor purchase a house because of the SCAM they are running its hindering my credit. It’s not fair so many ppl were screwed over. The least they could do is delete it off your credit. I want no parts of this SCAM and will consider having my attorney file suit in order to do so

The company or person I was dealing with was scamming me. Everything they did or said was in deception. The messages and text disappeared after 48hrs. I was originally told I would be on a payment plan not have a unsecured loan or would it be with a 3rd party. My first payment invoice was from the company itself. I have found substantial amount of evidence that this lady was scamming me and she said she would cancel my contract. Now I can't reach her. But the whole time she wanted money I was able to talk to her. I have proof she said she would cancel it but the original email is gone along with anything she say that doesn't deal with website information. I want this contract for this loan to stop and I want it off my credit report. I am nolonger doing business with inventhelp and I have talk to my lawyer about it as well. The office in Georgia has a different address from the information she was sending me was from a home address. The patent lawyer never return my messages either. When I called to tell upc I no longer have a contract with invent help they didn't care just kept saying talk to them. Well you are the issue as well if my contract is canceled it shouldn't be on my credit report that's a whole issue and a big deal. That were inconvenience for scamming purposes. I feel that getting money from anyone however they can is the goal. I can't even get in contact with Christiana c******* or c**** Since I exposed her for scamming.

I'm not sure who miss ****** is so I can only image that her case is similar to mine. If you can't even address the correct person on a complaint then why would I believe you didn't receive a cancelation contract for me. I have addressed inventhelp as well with no response. The person who sent up this loan is also not responding. Which if what you say is true then I guess we both got scammed. So for you to look farther into this matter would benefit your behalf as well.

I recently discovered that I am a victim of identity theft. While reviewing my credit report, I noticed an account that was opened in my name without my knowledge or consent. I immediately contacted the creditor to request proof of my authorization for this account. However, I have yet to receive any documentation or evidence from the creditor that verifies I initiated or authorized the opening of this account. Given the lack of evidence provided by the creditor, it is clear that this account does not belong to me and has been opened fraudulently using my personal information. Here are the details related to this incident that I found in my credit report. Universal Payment Corp: Account number *******, Opened Sep 01, 2021, Higher Credit $12,156.

I recently found out that Universal payment Corp is on my credit report from something over 10-15 years ago which involved an invention. This was a scam and I will not pay another penny to this company. I was scammed for over $10,000 before I stopped paying them. I am a senior citizen and will not continue paying them for a scam. I recently applied for a loan to get into a senior community and this came up which is preventing me from going forward. As I mentioned I had paid them over $10,000 in good faith before I realized I was being scammed. I am considering filing a lawsuit against them if this is not removed from my report immediately.

I did an invention about 10 years back through invent help. And the billing was through universal payment. They wouldn't take it off my credit. I had to go to the court and have the lady at the court talk to universal payment on the phone about taking me out of their system because they kept dinging me. They finally did. But i was at the bank the other day and now they have been dinging me again for 19 dollars on my credit. The court people said they would document that i came in and that they talked to them. So I may have to take them to court. Because they won't pick up the phone to talk. I don't owe them a penny no more.
