      Dropped my machine off to have the presser foot repaired. Was told it would be 3 weeks. Also had to pay 100 up front. It's now almost 7 weeks later I've called twice and both times they said they'd get right back to me with an estimate. The 1st time the lady said she didn't know who had my machine and she'd call the technicians to find out. The 2nd time I called a week later and she again told me she didn't know who had my machine and she'd call me back. I've gotten no call backs and Noone seems to know where my machine is. Now I have no sewing machine and am out $100.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I called the number that was on the claim ticket they gave me so they should give the correct number of the business. Also I was told the machine has been done for awhile yet I never received any type of message( call text email) saying that it was done. I guess it's easier to resale someone's machine for non pickup if they never know its ready to be picked up.
