I put in a service call to my HomeShield Warranty (HSA) on Tuesday September 5, 2024. I was informed I would I would get a call from Ace ( repair place AHS assigned within 24 hours. Never heard from them. Called their number and HSA. I got a text message from Dispatch saying I had a virtual appointment on Friday the 5th between 6-7pm. So I did the video call *** said they needed to order parts. Okay thats fine so the parts for the fridge came in on Thursday 12th. I contacted *** on Friday. *** told me the refrigerator parts were in but not the dishwasher and I would have to wait till the parts come in. I ask for a manager who gave me a cash out option but I would have to wait to have the senior tech would give them the amount for the cash out. So I waited for the call I didnt get a call. Friday it was on the phone with *** for several hours. At that point they sent a message to Ace saying they can come out I then emailed Ace they confirmed that *** did send an email but still wouldnt come out. So I *** again said not much we can do. I am a Type 1 diabetic. I need a fridge for my meds. At this point all I want them to get a hold of ACE appliance repair Get the cash out price for the repairs. Its been 2 weeks two weeks today. Im told today after several recorded calls with no date to be completed. I just want the cash out option with 72 hours. If I had the money I would just contacted someone else, but I dont. I dont want ACE in my house after all this.Ace= repair place. ***: is the home warranty place.
