      I purchased some slat wall from this company. Received a confirmation. Credit card charged. The next day I received an email telling me the pricing was incorrect and either I could pay $200.00 more or cancel my order. The pricing on their website has been the same for over 2 weeks. It is still the same as of today ( a week later) I understand mistakes can be made but since they still haven't changed any pricing, I feel as if this is a classic bait and switch. I even pretended to call and place an order yesterday and their sales person quoted the same prices. They refuse to honor what they have online.

      ***** placed her web order for $702 for SlatWall on 7/21/2022. We immediately discovered a SlatWall price error on our website. We emailed ***** and informed her of the error and apologized. We offered 2 options, ***** could cancel her order and we would refund all of her money immediately, or the order would cost an additional $200. ***** didn't like either option and tried to force us to ship the order as is. She spent the next week calling us under false names and pretenses to check the prices. As many might know, prices for materials, metals, plastic, *****, adhesives, gasoline, and even freight, have been very volatile that last 12 months. These are strange times due to the hyper inflation running rampant thru our country. We are dealing with countless price changes daily, and try to handle each one. Sometimes it is just too much for our 4 person web team, who are also dealing with managing an entire e-commerce site. Therefore this change took longer than we'd like. We hated to lose ******* order but we cannot accept an order and knowingly lose money on it. We were not trying to dupe ***** in any way. We informed ***** of the price error immediately, and offered her every opportunity to cancel her order and we'd refund all of her money. After 2 ********************* finally cancelled her order. Again, this was very unfortunate, and we feel terrible about losing any order, but it is result of the hyper inflation which is affecting us all.
