      Rhino Shield applied their product to my home. Weeks later we noticed some flaking and bare spots in several places. Multiple phone calls and emails, all unreturned.

       I apologize for the inconvenience going on with this job. I was not aware of this problem until now. I looked in our database and see that you called in for a service on 9/12/22. Unfortunately our office was closed only a couple weeks after the problem occured due to the weather. We are now getting our back opened and I will have Nick reach out to you as soon as possible to come out and see where everything is at this current time. We have new management in the office for 2023 and will be moving forward more efficiently.

      Rhino Shield painted our home late summer 2021. We experienced a few points of dissatisfaction with the quality of work performed. They sent an inspector out to speak with us and view our home. He agreed that some alterations and fixes were needed. We were asked it it would be okay to wait for Spring of 2022 to address these issues due to colder weather approaching. We agreed. By May 18th 2022 no one from Rhino Shield had reached out to schedule their improvements as promised. This began at least ten documented phone calls, texts, and emails from us, which lead to NO one confirming any answers or responding to have someone fix our home. It is now October 26, 2022 with no resolution to our problems! Their service has been paid for in full so now we seem to not be of any importance for Rhino Shield to attempt to solving these problems that have been pointed out.

      Rhino Shield painted our house last year (Spring 2021). They did a good job on the painting. However, there were 2 things that were unsatisfactory. One we knew about immediately; the other has just surfaced. Firstly, the workers had to take down gutters on the house to paint properly. One of the gutters they put back up was positioned improperly. The result is that the run-off of rain from the roof has caused erosion at the base of the house in one location. They were contacted as soon as the problem was detected and said they would send a crew out to remedy the situation. They never did, even though they were contacted again, sent a phone video of the water running off the roof, and called numerous times after sending the video. The problem still persists. Second, they left three 5 gallon buckets of paint (we had 3 different colors on the house) marked with three different paint names. When we recently opened to patch a few chips on the house (not their fault), we found all 3 buckets are the same color. I have called Rhino Shield PA at (888) 744-6641 six different times, only getting a human to answer once, on the second call. She said it would be taken care of. Each of the 4 times after I spoke to a person, I got a recording, and left a detailed message of the problem. No one has ever returned the call. The 'paint' Rhino Shield uses is not regular paint, or I would have went to a hardware store and picked up a small can and taken care of it by now. Thanks

      The crew removed the gutter to replace a rotten gutter board and it was replaced to its original location nothing was changed. Also the crew was told that a professional roofer/gutter company was going to come out and replace what was needed. According to the crew the gutter seems to be about 3 inches short so unless the gutter is made longer it will not catch all the run off. The paint should have been fine but after checking the paint out the names on the buckets were correct the excess that was on the sprayer must have gotten into the bucket and altered the colors so we are replacing those buckets now.

      Had house done by Rhino Shield, Pittsburgh office over 2 years ago. After 6 month, some areas began peeling. They advertise 25 year warranty but I have been trying for 1 1/2 YEARS to get them out to fix.

       I understand your frustration, however the company you originally contracted with is no longer in business. We took over the area in 2021. We have been working diligently to get all services completed in a timely manner. Unfortunately we have been experiencing a major labor shortage in that area and it is causing longer then normal wait time on services. Ron is now in charge of that department, you can contact him directly on his cell to see where you are on the list.

      This is their M.O., they have been telling me this for the entire 1 1/2 YEARS of waiting. My brother in law had them out to do a paying job and they were there in a week.

      I REJECT their answer as I have done for almost 2 years. Maybe the Attorney General option is next.

      The contract was signed in May 2020. They came out September 2020. Didn’t have enough paint nor water to cover the house. Per conversation. Then they left their equipment at the house for about 1 month. Then when they put the plastic over the windows - they all blew off and went onto the siding they painted and now the paint dried with streaks and is worse than what it originally had. They they were suppose to put up the shudders and took 6 phone calls for them to come fix it. Then after months of waiting they came out and also messed up the pint again. This is the worst job. When I called for a partial refund or them to come out; I was told I was 28 on the list since July. It’s September and I’m still trying to get the paint job fixed. My house looks terrible. I paid 9,000 for a job that looks like a toddler painted the house. I’m VERY upset and this company doesn’t not return phone calls and is refusing to come back to fix the issue or finish painting the house. 1/2 house painted

      I apologize for the lack of service that you have received since signing to have Rhino Shield coat your house. The previous people in charge are longer there and now we have taken over the Pittsburgh area for the coating installations. We are working to fix any issues that have come up due to negligence in the past and trying our best to get caught up. We are not ignoring any phone calls, you may have numbers to people that are no longer with the company. I am reviewing your file and seeing what we can do to get this handles as soon as possible.          I have made numerous calls to this company, I keep getting the run a round from them. From the get go, I don't think they care about their clients. Just the money. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I do tell people that they had to many hands in the pot working on this project. Especially weather conditions were not considered when they painted considering putting  plastic  around windows on a very windy day.
