    Svn management kept my 869$ deposit when I never even got keys and they had another person in line for the apartment , so no money was lost on their part. Plus the 60$ app fee which is a scam in itself! Never offered me any of my money back even though they had someone else move in a week later.

    Tenant looked at property.   Applied, we screened tenant (which cost money) approved the tenant and took the property off the market.  Tenant then signed a lease for the unit on January 22nd for a January 24th move in date.   Tenant decided she did not want the unit and even text us to keep the security deposit.  I attached the text messages.  TO this day we do not have another tenant living there and have not re-rented the unit so legally I have the option to sue her for breach of lease.

    This is my second time doing a complaint for the same issue. I've been renting a home for almost three years from this company. The first property manager was downright disrespectful and wouldn't help resolve anything all she would do was hang up on you which led me to going to the office in person. They ended up firing her but I'm sure it wasn't from our issues with her. It has continued to be a hassle for us renting still. When you rent they are supposed to complete maintenance request in a timely manner and they fail to do so all the time. We signed a two year lease because that was the max we could do but I was willing to sign a three year lease because I knew I would be moving in three years. When our lease was up the came to us like 2 weeks prior to tell us they were going with another tenant. I was stressed trying to find another place for 12 more months until I read my lease again. Not only were they wrong but they were breaking the lease agreement by doing so. We have never been late on rent and I mean never not one time and they treat us like peasants. I can not wait to move out of this place because all they do is blame the owners of the home for everything they fail to do. This issue has not been resolved and wont be before we leave. They have been making us think that they would replace a dishwasher that's been giving us issues for almost a year. Even the maintenance man that's been to fix it said for all of the times he's been out there they could've bought us a new dishwasher. He will come fix it Monday and it will be broken again by Tuesday. Complete waste of time not to mention the window that an order been in to replace for over a year. I'm sure they will try to blame us for the window but clearly it is from the house settling. I don't care what their rating says this company is trash.
