      9/29/2023 transaction date Receipt * ***** Amount total $ 267,8 Amount received $ 167,8 Business didn’t pay full amount written in the receipt. Transaction was recorded by the security camera. Manager refused communication and threats me with a trespassing.

      The customer was paid in full for his recycled materials, he then came back to our yard approximately 10 minutes later and said we had short paid him in the amount of $ 100.00 dollars

      we had the cashier do a complete count out of her cash drawer and verified that we were not over by the $100.00 dollar s that the customer claimed.

      the customer then called the police and advised he still believed we had short paid him by $100.00 dollars.

      when the police arrived, we reviewed the security camera footage of the customer being paid for his material with the police, at this time the police witnessed the customer count his money that was handed to him and place in his pocket, we were able to verify from the video that the customer did in fact receive the correct amount as owed. We then allowed the customer to view the footage of the security footage in the same room as our manager and the police.  he did not have a response when the police advised he clearly counted the money handed to him and placed in his pocket, 

      our company at that time asked the police if they could please advise the customer that we no longer wanted him on our property now or at any time in the future. the police advised him that we were trespassing him and he was not allowed to return.

       

      the customer tried to return a few days later to recycle material, we advised as per the previous police notification, he was not allowed on our property.

      it was after this attempt to sell more material at  our scrapyard and our request to leave the property that he then filed this report with the better business bureau.

       

      we believe the customer had intentions of "scamming" our cashier which was only on the job for a few weeks at the time

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. 
       Requesting to provide a video footage of the moment of the transaction or a picture of the transaction where possible to count amount of money.
