    On April 29 and 30 20022 Mitchell's did work for us on Our back porch roof and gutters. All work is warranted by contract against leaks (labor and material). We have an issue with a gutter overflowing on one side and one that seems to be incorrectly installed on another side. There is a spot on a third side where the roofing material doesn't look sealed down and the flashing where the roof meets the brick house doesn't look like it overlaps the roofing material. That last part I need to climb out on the roof to check for sure. We first noticed issues about 2 weeks after the work was done. And called to have them come check it out. In spite of several assurances that they would deal with any issues promptly, they have not sent any one in over 10 weeks. We are not receiving responses to our calls or texts even after sending photos and info that was asked for in our last exchange on 6/26/22. On 7/18/22 the second leak started coming through the porch ceiling. A photo was sent with a request for a call to discuss things by the end of the next business day. Today is 7/26/22 and we still have had no contact. There is still some overflow on the first gutter mentioned and the damage to the porch ceiling is getting worse with each rain we have. At this point we have no confidence that this company will repair things correctly and in a timely manner. The preferred outcome would be a competent and speedy repair of the work and all damage. Otherwise a full refund so we can hire someone else to do the repairs. Alternate contact number used by them is: *************
