    After just a few months, the roof leaks. I contacted him on June 26 and sent two videos of water leaking into the house. ZERO response. Reached out to him again on July 21 and he said he’d be here on the 24th or 25th to fix the leaking roof. Another NO SHOW. Tried contacting him again. On August 3 he said, “Tomorrow I will be there.” Yet another NO SHOW. Gave a lame excuse about his truck. Only on August 17 did he show up to repair the LEAKING ROOF. He was contracted to replace the flat roof sections on the house and the porch, replace the shingles on the sloped part of the roof and the garage, and repair box gutters in the back of the house. Excuse after excuse after excuse for NO SHOWS. Next to no supervision for those on his team. ZERO FOLLOW UP. One worker was to coat the box gutters with Gaco. They had to be redone because I noticed only the bottom was done instead of the bottom and sides. He was OBLIVIOUS to it when I brought it up. I mentioned numerous times about the Gaco product running over onto the painted trim of the porch. ZERO RESPONSE. On Nov 21, I sent him pics and video of THREE NEW LEAKS in the roof that he installed. I also sent pics of the damage it was causing to the interior of the room below. He didn't reply until three days later when I asked him when was going to fix this. He texted "Yes. I will be there today or tomorrow to evaluate." NO SHOW AGAIN. I reached out again on November 28, November 30, and December 1. No reply until December 4: "I'm sorry for delay. Message came thru while driving and forgot to put in calender. I'm in Ohio tomorrow and can be there by Wednesday. Preferably anytime after 11 and I'm good until dark after that. NO SHOW YET AGAIN. Several more calls and texts sent and the only reply on Dec 6 was "Sorry, I can't talk right now." A few days later, I reached out again. His reply, "At practice right now I'll can call you when I'm done" NO CALL NO SHOW NO NOTHING

    This problem has been resolved. We even took measures to fixing drywall that was damage inside the home. We do apologize to any inconvenience. We try to keep our customers 100% satisfied.
