So ** ****** Purchased his 2017 Chevy Trax on 10/30/23 with 64,528 miles. Our service department had done a few minor repairs after purchase on his vehicle. No repair costs to the customer what so ever. Since late November we have had zero correspondence with ** ****** *egarding his vehicle and maintenance issues. ** ****** as you can see from the car fax report took his vehicle into Riverview Chevrolet in January for maintenance work. Not sure what the repairs were unfortunately since they weren't diagnosed and repaired at Brady Auto Sales. We would love to assist and take a look at ** ******** vehicle if he is having a service issue. All he has to do is give us a call to get scheduled in. ** ****** does also have an Progaurd extended service contract that is valid anywhere that is a certified service garage.
Sincerely,
Bill B****

I leased a car from Brady Auto Sales LLC on Rodi road 3/10/2022. The car is now repossessed. During the year I had a hard time getting insurance, service & even oil changes. The vin number continued to show up as “not registered”. After the car was repossessed, I reached out to the store, which they put me in contact with the owner. They assured me they would fix the issues or put me in another vehicle. Neither has happened. Now I’m stuck with a $11,000+ payment on my creditBusiness Response

Please see attched documents.
Title Application, current registration, Text message of the vin plate from the customer directly, Original Window Sticker, Carfax showing vin and service appointments as well as the buyback guarentee all showing the same and correct vin number on all. We also showed the customer this information and still dont know why this is still an issue for her becuase it is the same correct vin number on every single document.
As far as service issues,
The vehicle was purchased 3/10/22 with 80, 913 miles. on 4/21/23 the vehicle was repossessed by the bank with 100,992 miles. So in 13 months this customer put 20,079 miles on her vehicle. The national average is 12k miles per year. This customer had a service appointment here in january and did not make the appointment. She did have a national service contract with assurant and assurant confirmed today 7/26/23 there was never even one attempt of a claim being called in from the customer or any repair facility since purchased.
To summarize,
The vin matches on all documents, no attempts were made to have the vehicle repaired if needed except for one missed service appointment, and the customer managed to put 20k miles on her vehcile in 13 months before having it repossessed.

William B****

June of 2023, I was referred to Brady Auto Sales by AutoTrakk. I wasn't happy with the terms and was told I could call AutoTrakk to work it out. The encounter was pleasant enough and when I got home I found the vehicle to have a current fire safety recall. Two days later, couldn't pass brake inspection because the rear brakes were worn out. Four days later, the vehicle was found to have a gasket leak onto the fuel line as well as low in oil. I reached out and provided documentation to AutoTrakk and Brady Auto. Brady Auto seemed welcoming and showed a willingness to rectify the situation. Upon my arrival back to Brady Auto, I was disrespected, met with coldness and showed a paper, with writing from Ben M******* of AutoTrakk, that I was "operating under different social security numbers and names." Brady Auto also told me they didn't have to fix anything and they were not. When I complained about reporting them, I was told they didn't care who I told. They are the #1 dealership with AutoTrakk because they bring in the most signed contracts. Their actions not only put my life in danger, they also caused me to lose out on time from work and the ability to get to work. I will make sure what happened to me won't happen to anyone else.Business Response

Attached are both resolved cases with the attorney General and with the State Police. Please see both attached correspondence.
This customer was found by the banks fraud department for using a synthetic "fraudulent" social secuirty number. The loan was then rejected and the customer was fully refunded of all of her down payment and made whole. We also drove her 1 1/2 hours back to her home as a courtesy even though she was insulting and threatening to our crew.
As far as safety specs go, The state police verified all components on this vehicle passed PA state inspection and was Safe to sell!
Unfortunately this is a case of more slander than factual. The customer is upset and slandering us on every platform becuase the bank rejected her loan due to fruad. I wish things were different and have offered every olive branch to assist, but unfortunately no bank will buy this loan due to the social security number being flagged.
All money was refunded and she is out no money and was made whole.
Thanks,
William B****

Re: ******** *******
1. I was referred to Brady Auto Sales from Auto Trakk with an already approved contract:
Credit Log: **********
Vehicle: 2015 Kia Soul
**** *****************
2. Since I had already gone through a prior approval process, and because the engine
wasn’t any good on the 2015 Kia Soul, I received a referral list from Auto Trakk to go to
Brady Auto Sales for another car.
3. Incorrect with the State Police and Attorney General neither has closed the case.
Provide proof the case is closed. Provide documentation, such as a credit report/fraud
alert as proof of “synthetic” Social Security numbers.
4. I never received any documentation from Auto Trakk concerning what Brady Auto Sales
is speaking of. This was conjured up only AFTER I complained to the CFO, Auto Trakk
Insurance and Underwriting: a few weeks into the process and after a) possession of the
car b) contract signed c) insurance coverage obtained

3 months ago I had bought a vehicle from them in October. 3 days after I got it, the check engine came on. Then the vehicle started having problems. They assured me that they will take care of it. I have driven the vehicle to them 7 times. One of the time that they kept the vehicle for 18 days and the last time they had it for 46 days. There was no contact from them or any updates. I had to contact them to find out whats going on with the vehicle. In writing they promised to fix 5 things that we had agreed to have fix. the car came back and 2 of them are not fixed. During that time when they had the vehicle for 46 days. Brady auto gave me a lender car that was not inspected and not safe vehicle to be on the road. When they supposedly fixed the car. Brady auto gave us the run around and when i point blank asked them. it was determine that no they did not fix the brakes/squeak noise and i have asked repeatedly documentation on what was fix. What work was done to the vehicle Simple for our records to have a copy of the receipt and they refused to give it to use. If they did this work there would be no hesitation from Brady auto to give documentation and now that the vehicle is back and I threaten them to go to court. Now there were like we will take care of it and if i bring the vehicle back to them that will be 8 times that they had a chance to fix the vehicle. So in the 3 months they have had a our vehicle for over 69 days. and I am getting fed up with the run around with them. I have text message between brady auto and us.Business Response

This car dealership (BRADY AUTO SALES) is forcing customers (general public) to purchase their overprized vehicles. I instructed the salesman not to have my credit ran multiple times. They ran my credit 7 times, I only authorize 1. The finial company I authorize called me to verify I was at a car dealership. This "old dishonest practice" by car dealerships in well-known and hurtful to a person's livelihood "THE GENERAL PUBLIC". They know when the next or another car dealership see 5, 6, or 7 hit on a person credit will (THEY WILL GET DENIED FINANACIAL ASSITANTS). I am a retired disabled veteran on a fitted income and my credit score is very "very important to me" and this type of dishonesty can be life changing. To top the dishonest practice, the monthly price they wanted was raised 3 times higher. I was quoted between $300-$400, they ask for $544 the raised it to $609 when I could not put down a $3,100 down payment. For a used 2016 SUV (price at $22,000) with 64,000 miles. Again - They knew the negative result behind "7 hits on my credit score", would hit "ANY" chances to purchase a vehicle I NEED. Now, I have to work on "REMOVING" the "HITS" on my credit score.Business Response

The purpose of this correspondence is to respond to CUSTOMER'S complaint. My name is Thomas J****** and I'm the Finance Manager at Brady Auto Sales. I've been employed here for over 4 years and have been in finance for over 25 years. With that said, I take customer's credit very seriously.
I would never intentionally overextend someone's credit profile without permission.
The customer had a Fraud Alert executed on his credit profile. This blocks anyone from pulling his credit without his permission. This in and of itself confirms I had his permission to pull his credit. After sending the loan scenario to Capital One, Capital One called and asked Mr. to call them. While we were waiting, I asked Mr. if he wanted me to try to other financial institutions for a better rate. He immediately said yes.
As a result, I moved forward 1 bank at a time until we were able to acquire an approval. Which we did.
At this time, I offered the customer the banks pricing. He agreed and signed an offer to purchase the vehicle. (see attached documentation) As you can see, the sales price was actually below the advertised internet price at that time. ($21475) customer's price was $20175.
Unfortunately, the bank dictates the money down, interest rate, and term. These are derived from the customer's credit profile, income and residence. Brady Auto Sales acts as an Indirect representative of the bank, and simply present the bank's offer. In the customer's case, the bank required $3120 dollars as down payment to receive the best interest rate. The customer declined and offered to put down $1000 on September 1st, which raised his interest rate and payment. (see signed offer)
Regarding the credit score impact due to credit pulls, the customer is misinformed. New laws were put in place after the mortgage crisis in 2007/2008. The Fair Lending Law and Risk Based Pricing allows the customer to shop for an auto up to 45 days from initial visit to a dealer, Once he's been given his score, technically he can present that to any dealer for quotes on any vehicle.
I would be happy to sit down with the customer to discuss his concerns.Sincerely,
Thomas J******
