    They lie about houses being fully renovated when there just painting over dirt worst company I ever did business with they wouldnt give me the keys to look at the property until all utilities where in my name and when I was finally able to look at the property the floor was separating the tub was chipping they basically just falsely advertised about the house when it should of been considered freshly painted not renovated with all new appliance when the old washer downstairs still had someones things in it . and they just painted over the dirt anyways terrible company.

    This place needs to be investigated and shut down IMMEDIATELY. They are lying, taking advantage of disabled individuals, as well as section 8. They WAY overcharge and dont take care of their properties. They take your social security number and private information and sign you up for two different apps. They then charge you a non-negotiable $50 to do that without telling you. The properties are DANGEROUS. This is a scam company. PLEASE shut them down!

    I moved out of my apartment in April . They told me not to worry about switching utilities out of my name, as theyd do it, come **** I notice some of the utilities are still coming out of my bank account. So I contact them. I was reassured multiple times they switched them out of their names. Come July, I still have the utilities coming out of my bank account. I had to call all the utility companies and have everything shut off. City Life owes me money for the utilities I was paying that shouldve been in their name. Ive been fighting with them for MONTHS over this. Last week they advised that I wasnt the only one they did this too (shocker) and they were having a meeting to figure it out. So they openly admitted to scamming their tenants after they move out. This has been a miserable experience. They had me send over invoices and bank statements proving Ive paid them and still havent done the simple solution, which would be paying me back.

    They are scams, they told me the property owner may not want to rent to me unless I pay two security deposits plus last months rent and they are the renters, the house they advertised the apartment for 599 then increased it in my lease to 699. Upon entrance of the apartment the appliances were broke, the apartment was cover in animal hair and smelled like Dogs, there was dead roaches everywhere, the toilet was broke, the sink was broke, also the hot water tank broke immediately , there was holes in the wall and the overall condition of the apartment was no more comfortable than a prison cell or a zoo. Then when contacted about this they tell me refer to maintenance. These people are the horrible scam artists and I advise anybody doing business with them fully read your lease and if you can find a different company to conduct your business with

    City Life residential looks up the last selling price, then they send you an offer threw USPS with a fake check, first of all I get enough junk mail. Thank you, It's obviously an invasion of privacy. The check was signed by ****** *****, These fakes need to be stopped, next one I get in the mail, I will go down to the post office and file a complaint. Next I will file another complaint with PA Attorney general, If I was going to sell my home, I would go to a real state, not these clowns. I wonder how many elderly people their swindled out of their homes. They need to be stopped right away. They write "we are ready to turn this into a live check" I bet you are, bunch of thieves they are using US Postage **** ** ****** ** I'm sure the postal system can use that info.

    First of all they made us a sign a least because they stated that somebody else was interesting in the property so we payed $1,000 dollars to take it off the property. They told me that the house was cleaned and that was a total lie , literally I still have pictures from the day we moved in , the house has a serious bug problem and they are coming outside of the house getting in, there are multiple holes in the house, mices are in the house and all they did was set traps. My floors are weak , my basement is dirty especially in the laundry room. My house has bugs and mices that I have complained about for weeks now. Before I even seen a mice I tried to get them to fix the wholes , but ***** said it was a minor issue. Also , my breaker is weak I cant run certain powers which I was never told my floor in the basement is weak , the house is very old and you can tell there was no updates done too this house. Something seriously needs to be done about this company. They are scamming people. My house is a complete hazard!!! Everyday its something new with this house , theres something wrong, like when the wind blow the house shakes I need help and I need your help to make this right .

    Very unprofessional slum liars at the best they bought the property I live in in March of 2022 my roof has leaked since then they had 5 roofers come out and looked at it and all 5 told them it needs replaced so they send their guys up to patch it 3 times still leaks. Trash all over the property, no one every answer phone because they use ****** voice numbers charge 9. 95 to pay rent say they are not the owners but they are . ***************** has been out 4 times the state has been called twice for abuse and neglect because I am disabled and **** lied and said the work was done and health department was here next day to see the work was not done
