      **** was very knowledgeable and patient when explaining operation of concentrator, He answered all my questions and demonstrated as well.!I have found your customer service to be excellent! **** and others I have had from the ********* location were exceptional!The people I speak with when I call are always pleasant, knowledgeable and have never sat me on hold!!! Which is almost unheard of these days..So thank You all!!***** ********

      Technician was very thorough on how to use the machine and to clean it and the mask on how to wear it and very thorough on replacing parts and filters ??

      Our presenter was absolutely wonderful! She was fun, friendly, knowledgeable, and overall great at her job.I didn't give my review a 5-star rating because I was not told when the appointment was made that I should allow at least an hour and a half for the appointment. Also, the facility allowed no privacy for checking in. It was not an issue, but it would have been nice to know in advance that it was done in a group setting.

      I completed my Sleep Study and met with my Pulmonologist the day before returning to my Ohio home from my Naples home. Adapt Health filled the order from my Pulmonologist in ****** ** and arranged delivery or pick up with one of their affiliates in ******, ****. Upon arrival for pickup of my new Bi-pap, I was most impressed with the attendant's knowledge and courteous service. Very Professional.

      *** was professional and very kind. I was still in hospital when machine and supplies were delivered. My sister said *** was easy to understand and talk too. I really appreciate people like *** he made everyone comfortable and the process easy.Thank you
