    I told Rob plainly that I wanted 2 new brand new tires put on my car size 225/60/R16's. I was charged $112. I called Rob and explain to him that those were not new tires that was put on my car, in fact they were the wrong size!!! They were 215/60/R16's . I called him back and he said that they would put two new tires on with the correct size.. The website says they are open at 9 a.m.. But they were closed with no explanation why tried to call 2-3 times and he never answered. I went back 2 hours later and there was a different guy there said Rob was in Philly and he didn't know when he would be back. One of the shop guys put two more used tires on my car but they were NOT new. I left the shop and barely made it to Walmart just past Birdsboro because the tires were going flat again!!! The level of incompetency is appalling!!! To be fair I think Rob should refund me my $112.00 because I NEVER received any brand new tires !!!
