I ordered a ************* ******* full size speed helmet new on January 6,2022. The price was 329.79. I was given an estimated shipping date of 1/11 or 1/12/22. It is now 1/20 and the helmet has not shipped. We were supposed to get an email when it shipped, no email yet. I cannot get a hold of anyone at the business. They say there is a link to send an email on their contact page, but I cannot find it anywhere on their website. Plus no phone number to call. I have no idea how to follow up with this company.Business response

I placed an order on their website on 9-30-21 and today they claim the order I placed isn't there and they claiming now its another company, meanwhile their company name is on the invoice.
