I have an insurance policy on an dental digital x-ray sensor. I have had it for years and recently sold to someone else and they no longer want the insurance. I have been emailing and calling for months. Emails are not returned, when you call you are directed to leave a message that is never returned. So I have gone a few months figuring they will finally reach back and I could get refunded for the months I have been trying to reach them. But now I have to go through my bank to have them tagged as a fraudulent charge. But then what, is Dexis going to ding my credit report for non-payment and then I still cant reach them? It is insane that a company that large can just totally ignore customer calls and emails.Initial Complaint

Dear *****, April 20,2023 I would like my two hand grips/batteries returned to me. I dispute your cursory and inaccurate assessment of my *****. I am very disappointed in your poor evaluation of my device. It was not sent in for a minor crack. you never assessed the keypads or micro chips. I explained on the phone all these things and even asked to speak with the tech but was told you didn't even have a number to call, only an email. it worked perfectly taking sensor xrays... it only did not work using phosphorous plates. none of this information was sent to the tech, only a minor exterior look over. It wasn't until I asked for my haadles back did you say it could be the batteries. remove the old batteries and Please return my handles ASAP.Thank you ******************* ---******** ****** ****** ************** **********************************************************************************Customer response
