    From the time that Mr. Kennedy knocked on my door I felt very confident in his ability to answer all of my questions in layman’s terms but not talking down to me. He didn’t rush me or make me feel stupid with every question I asked. He also had a very calming voice. I’ve had a very rough several months and felt so much better after speaking with him. I feel now, that my world isn’t falling apart it’s just a little different than I expected it to be. He gave me some brochures and his phone number so that I can call him whenever more questions pop into my head that I feel I need addressed. And with his calm demeanor and composure, I feel very confident in giving his name and number to my friends and family. I also don’t know how much money he makes but I’m sure it isn’t enough and he deserves a raise. Thank you for having wonderful people like him in your company. It makes people like me confident that I’m not just a number but a real person with questions that will be answered. I also know that if he didn’t have an answer he knew where to get me the answer.
