I have an issue in progress with this dealership. Last week 7/13/23, we took my wife's SUV in to have the AC fixed. When my wife called for a status update, they told her there was nothing wrong with the AC. A day later there was nothing but hot air blowing from the AC. We took it to Mavis and after their tests and diagnostics they were able to determine that the AC compressor needed to be replaced. The only reason why I took it to the dealership was because this type of repair should have been covered under the extended warranty.

Unprofessional and dishonest. Took my car in that I just bought to have diagnostic on it after owning it for 1 week. Told dealership about what was going wrong. They charged me $2,000 and said the car was safe to drive. Two days later the car continued to have the same issues. By the time I went back to dealership with the car, I was told the old owner had the car serviced there and that less then 6 months ago they relayed to previous owner that computer & electric system was corroded and not functioning and no replacement was available. I paid for work to be done to the car, then took them up on their recommendation to replace tires at $1100. Dealership continued to charge me for what they knew wouldn’t solve the issues I was having. The service department is dishonest and charged me for the diagnostic 2x. Then when asked about trade in value, especially after spending $3000, they offered me $409 more than the cost of the tires that experienced 3 days of use. What was extremely shocking was that the told me they never looked under the hood once. If they did, they would have seen the parts being unsecured with no bolts or washers. Unbelievably unprofessional that the basics were so overlooked by their technicians.

I want to apologize for any misunderstandings you may have had at the dealership. You mentioned you had just purchased the vehicle and a week later you had it in the our service department. This vehicle was not purchased at our dealership. Based on the records we have there were repairs performed at no cost and some with a cost. The repairs that were performed do not coincide with your concerns. We would be more than happy to discuss any issues you may have .
