    My children were terminated from their daycare without reasoning because I was questioning what was happening with them since I do not receive any updates via word of mouth, paper, email, etc. They do not send home daily/weekly or monthly updates. When I emailed to ask, they did not answer any questions, and they are denying parent teacher conferences to discuss with a response of maybe in a month. I also questions about a curriculum they gave an increase for in August 2022, only to find out they never implemented the curriculum and would not provide information on what they were doing with my children on a daily/weekly basis. I have an email chain with my questions that they would not address and I dropped them off on 10/4 and the director stated the kids were terminated and this was their last week. I immediately went home and asked for written documentation for why they are being dismissed, which they did not respond to. When I went to pick them up early out of fear of mistreatment, I reiterated that I wanted written documentation as to why they were being terminated and she said “I never said they were being dismissed, you said you were pulling them” which is inaccurate. I went home and sent another follow up email stating what happened at pickup and again requested to speak to the owner, which was denied. On 10/5, I went to drop them off again since I did not say I was pulling them and the director stated she never said this was their last week. She told me that we needed to leave and if we didn’t, she was calling the cops. I videoed this encounter with her knowledge as documentation that she is terminating my children and will not provide reasoning why. My children do not understand why they cannot go see their friends and I am baffled by the fact that if you question anything with your kids, they can terminate you without cause.

    Child care- 129.36  Sometimes I pay half and then the other half the end of the week. They send my child home a couple of times stating she have a temp, but when I check & she didn’t . When I asked why is this happening the temporally director proceeded to say that is the policy. She gave me a statement Feb 16 saying I owe over $500. I told her can we clear this up because I have receipts. She ended up not calling but the next day she came out to show me she “found two of my money order n will send me a new balance. I told her that we can go over it bc I have receipts and she then said “oh just because u send it to us doesn’t mean we have it. Then I said that with the receipt it can be trace. I feel she’s trying to be fraudulent, very unethical, and very unprofessional.

    They try to defraud us. The director ***** and **** provided us a statement and said we owe money.(I submitted the complaint inregards to that. Well because we have receipt and told them that we don’t owe it they retaliated and kicked my kids out of the day care.
