    I called BMZ cleaning services schedule a carpet cleaning for Monday, 2/20 between 8-10am. I was originally quoted that it would be $45.00 per room to clean. This was all said verbally; I was never given any forms to fill out or agreement to sign nor was I explained that $45.00 was a "base price". I was called around 8:30am on 2/20 and told that the job was being pushed back to the 11-1pm time slot because our job had been pushed back by two other jobs, despite having booked it almost a week prior. I was not told that the job would be contracted out to SOS professional services nor did I know that BMZ and *** had a referral relationship with one another. I then got a call back after expressing some frustration with the time slot that the job would start around 10am. I got a call at 10:15am from a gentleman with *** who arrived at the apartment and completed the job. I was quoted for a full total of $144.01 on the spot, which I paid in full, but didn't sign any paperwork nor was given a detailed description stating this; it was a ********* email with just the price and "cleaning services" in the bill. This was about $60.00 more than I was quoted over the phone with BMZ originally. I am frustrated with the lack of communication regarding the original quote, the initial pushback of the job and lack of communication around it being contracted out, for paying more than I was originally told I would pay, and for nothing being written out or agreement/contract signed. I am asking for a refund of the balance from what I was originally quoted @ $90.00 for the job from the $144.01 I paid today, which would be $54.01. I was bait and switched by BMZ and want a refund for the difference of what I was originally quoted vs. what I actually paid. I have attempted to contact the owner who left me a voicemail but hasn't responded back to me since I left him one.
