Terrible customer service and unreliable car that they were so eager to sell to my husband and I. Weve only had it for 6 months and its been in the shop 3 times now. Now they have our car and billed us for a repair that had nothing to do with us in the first place. I will never buy or recommend anyone to buy a car from here ever again

Multiple issues. To start with the most RECENT issues (since there is a handful) took my car for an inspection and called to tell me I need new tires which was weird since my last inspection they said the same thing 12 months ago but I did it anyways. I go pick up my car after the inspection I close the door and I hear something rattle. I didn’t think much of it but as I drove to my job which was 7 minutes away I seen my window shaking and falling as I’m driving. I give them a call immediately and they say they’ll call back later. I call again 30 minutes later and they try to say it’s just a coincidence and they can’t do nothing about it. So they transfer me to someone higher and they laughed it off and said it has to be a coincidence but this is not the 1st time an incident like this happened Previous incident November 2021 Took my car for engine light, got it fixed no problem. 2 months later I take it for an inspection and passed. Then 2 months after that in March they called me saying my car was in the lot and I owe them $500 and a fee for holding the car since November. But I HAD MY CAR . They then called and left voicemails looking for credit card statements with proof. When I told them they sound like they were scamming me they finally stopped There are still more incidents like when they couldn’t fix my flat tire the first time or when my car over heated, it was a leak then it was something else then it was a sensor or gauge. Every time you go they get you to comeback again within a week I’m tired of this continuously happening to me. Again, I left my car there with no problems and picked it up with a broken window. BOB FISHER CHEVROLET YOU BROKE MY WINDOW AND LAUGHED IT OFF. YOU WILL BE HEARING FOR MY LAYWER
