I hate open hearts home care when I was under their care I was religiously discriminated against and I was neglected multiple times and they would send nurses that were on drugs and they’ll just hire anybody and one time the agency said that we do drug tests, but in reality, they don’t they’re lying one time an aid almost burn my house down, and the agency likes to make false allegations and excuses about me and I would have nightmares about open hearts, home care, and when I was under open hearts care they would send nurses that won’t do anything, and the agency wants to lie and say that oh we train our nurses but that is a lie. One time I got yelled at by the boss. From open hearts home care the boss is really mean and she likes to make excuses about me and stuff and I was religiously discriminated against the Boss from open hearts home care and just recently. My dad was on the phone with the boss from open hearts care here’s what happened because me and my dad are going to another agency the boss calls my dad on the phone saying like threatening my dad by saying oh you’re leaving us she said it in a threatening way to my dad and that’s why I can’t wait to leave open hearts this is not a good agency at all. They should be shut down. ??????

Aide caring for our family member used the patients facilities to store her own belongings and do her own personal laundry on site. Aide also used patients vehicle to do her personal errands even though she was not an insured driver for it. Aide took patient out of state in the same vehicle without notifying family. Patient has gained a large amount of weight due to a poor diet by the aide. Patient was very independent before the service. She has become so overweight she can't do anything on her own and breaths heavy constantly. Family worries she may have sleep apnea now and require a CPAP machine when sleeping.
